Overall our stay was great, the unit was exactly as described, and check-in was easy and simple. The beds were extremely comfortable wish I could have taken it home. My only suggestions in regard to the unit would be to add room darkening shades to the bedrooms as they are really bright at night from the adjacent parking lot lighting and extremely bright once the sun comes up. I would also include a broom and dustpan in the unit as everything at the beach brings in sand that accumulates quickly throughout a week long stay.Now for the negative side of things. In my opinion the rates are a little high for what you get compared to our previous stays in the area, the pools and beach were very crowded in order to have seats for the day you had to go down and save your spots around 6AM or you would not have seats. Prior to check-in we had paid our balance in full which included an Amenity Fee. A few days after check-out my card was charged an additional charge. I called the host agent who advised this was an Amenity Fee that was left off the original invoice although the original invoice included the previously paid Amenity Fee. The agent could not provide any additional details as to what this specifically covered although I pointed out I had already paid the amenity fee. I would suggest thoroughly reviewing what you are charged when booking with this host.
