Villa was really comfortable and suited our needs exactly. The kitchen was well supplied. Our welcome pack was also a really nice touch as well as the supplies available in the kitchen for our use. Pool was a good size with plenty toys and towels for our use. The kids absolutely loved it. Rocky the rhino was also a unique attraction loved especially by the children. Location also ideal, shops close by and didn’t seem far from anywhere we wanted to go (avoiding the I4 car park). We all thought this villa to be the best we had stayed in out of the many villas we have stayed at in Florida. Would recommend to anyone

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked! It's convenient to nearby stores if you need anything, and convenient to the parks as well!

Very quiet location great to relax. If you spend time at the theme parks be prepared to spend circa 45-1.5 hrs in the car as this property is a little further out.

Hi Philip, Many thanks for your 4 stars. You must have had a lot of traffic as it's 16.2 miles to the gates of the Magic Kingdom. Normally that's around 35 minutes. But glad to hear you had a good time.

Beautiful property that fit all our needs for 2 families with small kids. The location and pool was amazing. Lynn was amazing to deal with and very responsive whenever we needed something! Highly recommend.

Lovely lakeside stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Plenty of room and every facility you’ll need and more. Great outside area with good size pool and fantastic view of the lake. This is our second visit to this property and we’ll definitely be back. You will need a car if you plan on visiting the theme parks.

Awesome Place

Had a wonderful stay. The house is huge and has a pool. The kids loved the pool and each had their own room. Very clean. Be sure to let the owner know if you want the pool heated. Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Perfect family vacation home

We rented this property for a family reunion and it was perfect! Beautiful quiet location, gorgeous pool and stunning house. The games room was a big hit with everyone and the PlayStation room was a bonus for the teen! Great house, great communication and wonderful overall experience. Would recommend.

Rhino Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Rhino Villa. They literally thought of everything. The house was stocked with supplies and extra supplies, should you run out. We didn’t think we needed pool heat but after the hurricane, it cooled down. We contacted property management and they had someone out that day. Great stay and we would highly recommend the property!

Staycation Away From Home

We had a great time. The home and view was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We didn't do many activities outside the home, but we were entertained very well in the home. I will definitely rent with the management of this property again because they truly care about the presentation and cleanliness of the property, which is a big deal in these times. The home was beautifully decorated.

Wonderful villa

This is the easiest review I have ever written. This villa was amazing even better than expected. I have stayed in a few different villas over the years and this was by far the best. Every room was large and spacious and lovely decor. The pool deck was large with comfy sun loungers for the days when not visiting the parks. Everyone enjoyed relaxing there and making use of the well appointed games room. A lot of thought has gone into making this villa a luxurious experience. There was even an extra welcome pack and a supply of coffee pods and take away cups. I would recommend this villa to everyone. It is slightly further away from the parks than others I have stayed in but well worth having to travel the few extra miles. The whole experience was bliss and I can’t wait to stay there again.

Family Fun in Orlando

This is our first Disney trip not staying on property, we loved it sooooo much we will be back. We enjoyed the Orlando area without so much hustle and bustle that you felt you needed a vacation after your vacation!😬 The home was spacious enough for two families, my mom and sons girlfriend, the pool was very relaxing and the sun was perfect all day long. It was decorated lovely and the furniture was nice as well as comfortable. The only reason for not giving the home 5 stars were the beds were very uncomfortable, we felt every spring, they could use some toppers with more padding for comfort and the kitchen was not stocked and organized. Those are small things in comparison to the family memories and relaxation for a wonderful Disney vacation! We will see you soon"""

An Unforgettable Stay at a Dream Villa in Orlando!

Our stay at this villa in Orlando was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how luxurious and well-appointed the property was. The villa is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, high-end furnishings, and every amenity you could think of. It felt like staying in a five-star resort, but with the privacy and comfort of a home. The location was perfect – just a short drive from all the major attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The private pool was a huge hit with our family, and we spent many evenings relaxing on the patio, enjoying the sunset. The attention to detail in this villa is incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire villa was immaculately clean. The owners clearly take great pride in this property, and it shows. They were responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This villa truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Sure wish that the owner would of been involved with complaints

Arrived on Sunday the 14th. Sent management a message about how dirty the pool was (bugs all over)and that air conditioner in garage did not work. (Never attempted to fix) She sent me a message that filter will work from 8-8. Which it should have been working all day. This went on till we left. The day before we left a different manager came and he couldn’t even believe the pool skimmer that we had to use. He left us one to use but that was around 5pm the night before we left. He at least tried and also sent a pool professional out. They explained that the filter was not spinning. The other filter was not collecting anything. The pool guy picked up the basket and it fell apart. I paid $175.00 for pool heat and we only used the pool 1 day. Knowing the conditions of the pool, I could not let my mother in the pool due to her health condition. Nor did we want to. Lynn the property manager just kept blowing me off, so I even had to contact home away. It is such a shame, because the house itself was wonderful. I have asked for some compensation do to to no use. I also want the pool heat back and my deposit. So far no answer. I’ve used home away in the past and have never had a problem and they did try to talk to someone. They had no luck. Hopefully since I was not given the chance to talk to the owners during my stay, they will reach out to me after reading this. I will be more than willing to forward all emails. Thanks Donna

Donna, we go on vacation once a year for 10 days. When you sent me an email, you got a auto reply saying to email my brother with any problems and that you could also use my phone number as it was forwarded to him. You kept emailing me..., so I got in touch with pool guy and my brother. I even emailed you back a few times whilst I was away. I returned the pool heat money to you on Oct 25th (and replied to your email again)...., even though the heater had been running and the pool was used. But what a shame you gave such a beautiful villa only 2 stars, even though my brother spoke to an elderly man at your villa and he said he was having a wonderful time and loved the villa.

Excellent villa and location

The whole renting process was simple and uncomplicated The villa is in a secure gated community, and ideally located with Tampa being 1.5hour East and Cocoa 1.5 hour west The villa had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, oven trays etc The pool overlooked a lake, and the pool itself was perfect. I would not hesitate recommending this villa

Amazing place to stay

This property was amazing…very clean, and very spacious. The pool was the highlight for children and the bug bath tubs were a hit for bubble baths. The only thing i would suggest is better beds that arent hard and lumpy but no worries i went a bought a mattress topper to help my back. This was an amazing vacation for our family and very convenient location to orlando and tampa!!!!! Ill be staying here again for sure!!!!

Relaxing Oasis

Peaceful, relaxing, private, & entertaining would describe this rental. It is spacious & very clean. My grandchildren never wanted to leave with the pool & game room. Having no home in back added to the privacy & tranquility.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything thing we needed and was very spacious. The teens enjoyed playing in the game room. Due to weather and our schedule, we only used the pool 1 time but it was lovely. Great property!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet and relaxing yet only a short drive to all the area’s attractions. Lovely to sit by the pool and watch the sun set as the sand cranes dance on the lawn.
