2nd time booking in this gated community. We love the quiet environment and the clubhouse. It really was handy to have the community pool because our pool heater broke. The management replaced the heater as quickly as possible and made things equitable in refunds. Even worked with us on getting us in a little early on arrival day. Enjoyed our visit

Not what we were expecting or hoping for.

We came and found out we had no tv access as the internet connection was down. It took two days to get that resolved at 10:30pm on the second night. We had many things pool and hot tub that were not being heated. After a few days the hot tub heat was turned on, was told it would be turned on as complementary. We told the managing company we didn't want the pool heat turned on as that would be an Additional fee to turn it on. Was never disclosed in the contract that neither would not be operating with heat. Many of the screens on the pool in closer were broken and ripped. One large panel was fixed. But the door screen to the pool enclosure wasn't and neither was the screen door to the sliding glass back door. It was ripped and the frame was bent. Photos were taken and submitted to the property management company. Also we found mold on the trim to the downstairs master bathroom shower trim. Took a photo of that as well and submitted it. Also from maintenance came to fix by scraping it off, treating and painting the shower trim. He also fixed the jacuzzi tub handle as it came off as there was never a screw in the handle to hold it on. Photo was taken and submitted to property management company. That was also fixed. My husband fixed the large white light fixture from the vaulted living room area. That was photographed and sent into property management company as well. How was very dusting and not sure when the last time it was deep cleaned. After all of the above items were somewhat addressed we had an ok time at the house. Our first experience with Vrbo and not sure I can fully trust our next experience with this same property. It could've been a better experience as our vacation didn't feel like a vacation with dealing with all the repairs and maintenance that needed to be addressed. Causing us to lose two days with no internet connection, no tv, heat in hot tub, broken screens, tub handle, mold in bathroom and overall issues. Was hoping for a better experience and less hassle.

We had a great time on your property! Beautiful home! Very spacious and accommodating. Pool was awesome, everything we needed was provided. There was definitely enough room for our large family.

Wonderful family holiday!

What a gorgeous place! Loved the pool area and all the different areas you could sit in the house. Was the best house we’ve rented so far and will definitely be back. Our adult children and grandkids loved it and appreciated the 2 strollers, pack and play and high chair. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Great home with large pool!

I stayed in this home with my family of 8. There is plenty of space and a large pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood with security. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. everything was great

Perfect!

The house was large. Plenty of big beds for my all adult family. The tv in pool area was great! Dishwasher was tricky but we made it work. We will definitely stay there next year if available

Fun Family Vacation

We had a great time! The pool was great after a long day out! This was our first family vacation. This house had everything we needed to keep everyone busy and happy, whether it was for our youngest grandson (age 6) or our oldest (16). The house was equipped with everything we needed! Have to mention that the house was beautiful and very clean!! And more than enough space for everyone!

Birthday Celebration

Me and my family enjoyed this beautiful home that accommodated our party of 8. We were able to celebrate my niece who turned 5 and my 17 year old little sister. This was the first home in the area where I felt the most comfortable and relaxed. We had a minor hiccup with the pool but the owner was quick with communicating definitely adding this one to my favorites

Large family friendly

Really enjoy this house. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Pool table was decent, we used almost every night. Pool was adequate size. Outside space was lovely . Waking distance from clubhouse, which could use an upgade and more shade for pool area otherwise adequate. About 15 minute ride to Walmart. Delivery and uber friendly. Would stay again.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a little trouble getting through security upon our arrival as they didn't have us on the guest list. That was resolved right away and we were able to begin enjoying our stay. The home was clean and provided all the necessities we needed. The community is very quiet and peaceful. We did take advantage of the clubhouse which is very nice as well and it's pool and hot tub were empty most of the week. We did pay to have the pool heated which was great for swimming during the cool evenings. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

Amazing!!! Villa was perfect for our family stay, would defo recommend. One hiccup, we arrived in two vehicles as there was 9 in the party, unfortunately as my name was lead in the booking only my vehicle was allowed to enter the gated community, very frustrating at the end of a long travel day, had to leave second vehicle in Publix and sort the next day. Sorted swiftly when office was open next morning!

It was ok, pool table needs recovered, air hockey not working. No controllers for games console. It was average for a villa rental and in serious need of some repairs, tlc and a very deep clean. I’ve rented many villas over the years and this was one of the more poorly maintained villas. Wooden bed in main bedroom is very squeaky and wobbly. Was expecting better for the money paid compared to other villas we’ve had to be honest.

Stunning

A stunning villa in stunning surroundings. We have been to watersong Resort many times and this is one of the best villas that we have stayed in. Very clean with lovely decorated rooms. The villa has lots of space. The pool and deck are amazing with lots of places to relax. The view from the pool is also exquisite. In addition, this is an excellent area to stay with easy access to attractions and shops. Storm Milton hit during our stay. The management company was amazing. We received updates by text on the situations and what precautions to take to keep safe. They also put away the deck furniture before the storm hit and put it all back after the storm. We were extremely happy with the villa and the service. Thank you.

Wonderful gated community!

This house is in an excellent location, far enough out to miss all of the traffic yet still close. Our family loved the gated community, the security was excellent. The conservation area the houses butted up to was awesome. Lots of wildlife. The pool area of the this house had tons of space for everyone to spread out. The house was a great size too. It did have lots of wear that owners should look into, example, the beds were not comfortable and we had to get maintenance in to tend to master bed frame as it was loose and squeaky. One of our guests sat in a chair by the pool area and the legs instantly crumbled. There were a few minor things that should be addressed as well. But this house has lots of potential and we would stay here again in the future. Manager communicated easily
