This was such a perfect stay! Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment that was walking distance if not a 3-min drive to everything we needed. Check-in was easy and private parking is available. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute early check-in request. We’ll definitely be booking this stay again! :)
Loved my stay at Jamie's place in the heart of OTR! It was easy to walk anywhere I needed to go, with bars, restaurants etc. just a block away in either direction. The room itself was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable couch and bed - enjoyed relaxing there between trips out. Highly recommend!
Overall great experience!! Loved the chic apartment and the balcony was just fabulous!! Will book again, great area and location I could walk to pretty much anywhere
Beautiful apartment! Wonderful host. The only reason it doesn’t get my highest rating is for 2 reasons. One it sits across from a biker bar and the noise from the motorcycles is loud when trying to sleep. Other reason is all the steps getting in and out is hard on my old knees.
Everything was just as advertised and communication was great even made sure we could get in early Would highly recommend and great location in the city
I was thoroughly impressed! A beautiful place with a great view in the heart of downtown. The host was very accommodating. I would definitely come again.
This property was absolutely beautiful! The location was amazing, and every amenity was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. You could truly tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into creating such a wonderful place. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it! The only suggestion I have for future renters. Please ensure once you come through the front door from the street, that door is properly locked after you enter. We did not do that and it caused a lot of heartache for the property owner and I’d like to detract from anyone in the future, having the same thing happen to them. But if you’re traveling to downtown Cincinnati, this is the place you will want to stay!
We were looking for a convenient location to stay as we were in Cincy for a concert. The location was perfect! Convenient to local restaurants, bars and even a park. The space was well stocked with linens and towels. Kitchen was also well supplied. The pictures of this space are accurate and I would argue it’s more beautiful in person. An added bonus were the selection of board games. I would recommend putting the entry/exit codes on a note to keep them all straight.
Swanky, that’s the first word that popped in my head walking through the door. The apartment/loft, was bougie and neat, and also comfortable enough to cozy up on the couch with some soft blankets provided. The bed was also comfy and the street noise was minimal. We enjoyed sitting out on the little patio. I even enjoyed some coffee out by myself one morning. The bathroom had a nice spacious shower as well.
Street parking was readily available, the place was big and wonderful, super comfortable bed and linens, Keurig coffee maker with pods super convenient. Only issue is noise on the street at night (weekend) there are clubs behind and in front. If noise keeps you up be aware. If not, you're good. Did not keep me up.
Overall, our stay was good! The apartment looked just like the photos. It was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. As others have mentioned, it's very noisy until about two am on the weekends - loud music and cars/motorcycles that like to rev their engines up and down the streets. We would have been lost without the sound machine and earplugs. In my opinion, the shower was quite grimy and needed a very deep clean (grout was moldy/scummy) - which this is hopefully easily remedied. I also was very certain that parking was included with the original price we booked, but the day of booking, the host asked for an extra 25/day to park - we paid it out of convenience, but double check that before you book. As others mentioned, make a note of the various check-in codes on your phone! Overall, stay was good and we enjoyed the neighborhood (especially the cafe across the street, Allez, and a lot of the neighborhood walking towards Washington Park)!

Thank you for staying with us, and I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment, the neighborhood, and your time exploring OTR.
I do want to clarify two points for future guests. Parking is not included with the rental, and this is clearly stated in the listing. The optional paid parking was offered separately for convenience, so there was no change to what was included in the original booking.
Regarding the shower, the grout is intentionally tinted, which can make it appear darker in places. I can assure you that the shower is thoroughly cleaned between every stay. We take cleanliness very seriously and would have been happy to address any concern during the stay had it been brought to our attention.
Thanks again for staying with us, and I’m glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and Allez!
Great location. The unit is spacious, well appointed, and the building has character. It is very close to Main St. & 12th Connector street car stop, which can take you to the Stadiums, Findlay Market, Breweries, Fountain Square, Courthouse, Business District, etc. Property is in close proximity to Vine St restaurants, Zeigler Park community pool, Washington Square and is directly on Main St. which has numerous bars and restaurants too. There are several great breakfast places within sight - Allez, Brown Bear and Sugar n' Spice. This property comes with convenient and gated parking in the rear of the building. Goodfellas Pizza across the street and another bar behind this place go late and are pretty loud on the weekends. Would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay in OTR. The host was really fast at responding and super helpful. The house had many little touches of home that were nice! I will say, it's kind of noisy. The people above the unit had a huge dog we could hear running around and the street noise is a factor too. There's a white noise machine by the bed though. The condo is in a great location and it's right across from a grab and go pizza place we ate at twice! Definitely walkable. The parking was kind of a pain with all the codes to get in and out of the building, but once we got it down it was fine. There are stairs to get up to the unit inside the building and outside from parking and no elevator, which was fine for me, but maybe something difficult for those with mobility issues. All in all, I enjoyed it and I'd definitely stay here again!
This was a gem of a find. Perfect for a few nights in the city to catch a ballgame and visit the zoo. Close to tons of shopping, restaurants, parks, and the streetcar. Would definitely stay here again. We loved the vibe.
Thank you we had a wonderful stay while going to a family grad party in KY. Very comfortable and upbeat neighborhood. Even got some exercise up and down the stairs over 4 days!
