Casa Bonita is an 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom luxury home inside the gated Windsor at Westside Resort — built for families who want the Disney experience to start the moment they arrive, not just when they walk through the park gates.

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

● POOL AND SPA HEAT: We maintain the pool and spa at a base temperature of 70 degrees. If you would like the water warmer (Pool: 85°F / Spa: 103°F), please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Heating is available for $45 per day or $270 per week plus tax (minimum of 2 consecutive days).

The spa shares the same heating system as the pool and operates on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles. To achieve the desired spa temperature, ensure the pool heat is activated and the egg timer is engaged. Please note that the spa does not maintain elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub, and it may take several cycles to reach your preferred heat level.

● PROPANE: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit free of charge. Please note there is no BBQ grill on the property. Any leftover propane from previous guests may be used with the fire pit. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

● CHILD AMENITIES: Crib, Pack N Play, Stroller, Highchair, and a safety gate

● PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed and must be pre-authorized by the Host in writing. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

● PARKING: 2 Driveway spots. Street parking is first come first serve with a maximum of 5 cars per reservation.
