From here, you have direct access to the balcony, where the sun shines from morning until evening.

The modern kitchen is custom-built and equipped with every convenience. The entire interior is finished in white and oak.

The shower walls are clad with high-quality, concrete-look spa-style panels, and the fixtures are black in an industrial style. Behind the vanity, indirect LED lighting is integrated into a concrete-look wall sconce. Even the shower has LED lighting from above. The new worktop sink with an oak cabinet is handmade and a true gem.

The apartment includes a separate outdoor parking space.
