The location, communication, parking and ease of entry were excellent. The downsides are, the property is quite old and without major renovation, so marginal in appearance, though clean enough. Also, the kitchen is minimal with only bare essential dishes and implements. As it is one of only a few properties in the neighborhood meeting a real demand for short-term rentals, I would consider a future stay.

The property didn't match the pictures. The floor was concrete without any rugs despite pictures. The kitchen was poorly stocked and did not have cookware for even basic use of the oven. When we arrived, there we were no towels. When we asked the host about this issue, their responses were slow, unfriendly, and generally unhelpful. They did bring the towels but over 12 hours later. Overall, the price was low but the experience was poor and below the price paid.

Cute little spot. Perfect patio area, a bit odd to have a camera on it with it being so open to the living area but it’s not angled into the home so I guess ok. Had an issue with the living room A/C not working, wasn’t able to get it fixed until the second day but they did come and install a new unit so should be good for future guests. Definitely time for some updates like a shower curtain liner, maybe some washable rugs, replace light bulbs that are dead, and just seems worn down. You get what you pay for I suppose. I’d stay again.
