This 1,200 sq ft coastal townhouse sits inside the Ponce Landing community on Anastasia Island, one of St. Augustine Beach's most sought-after addresses for families, couples, and pet owners who want real beach access without the resort price tag.

The Layout Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, all upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. The master features two queen beds; the second bedroom has two twin beds. With the living room sleeper sofa, the space comfortably fits 6 guests across the trip.

The Kitchen & Dining Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook in. Seats 6 at the dining table.

The Living Room Open, airy, and beach-themed without being overdone. Leather sofas, flat-screen TV, and a slider that opens to the private ground-floor patio - your morning coffee spot!

The Outdoor Life Two community pools: one standard, one heated for year-round swims, surrounded by lush green lawn and palm trees. The private boardwalk leads directly from the complex through the dunes and down to St. Augustine Beach, one of Florida's most pristine and uncrowded stretches of coastline.

For Pet Owners Up to 2 pets welcome. The ground-floor patio and grassy common areas make this one of the most pet-friendly setups on Anastasia Island.

Parking & Laundry Private garage with beach gear (chairs and more) included. In-unit washer and dryer - no lugging sandy towels to a laundromat!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

You're on Anastasia Island - the barrier island that keeps St. Augustine Beach uncrowded, clean, and genuinely beautiful. The beach here is wide, flat, and perfect for walking, shelling, and letting dogs run.

Historic downtown St. Augustine: the oldest continuously occupied city in the U.S., is a 10-minute drive. Cobblestone streets, Castillo de San Marcos, fresh seafood restaurants, and the famous Bridge of Lions are all waiting. Anastasia State Park is minutes away for kayaking, hiking, and wildlife.


Closest airport: Jacksonville International (JAX) — about 1 hour. Daytona Beach (DAB) — about 1 hour south.


GUEST ACCESS: Full access to the entire townhouse, both community pools, the private beach boardwalk, garage, and all outdoor common areas.
