Many pros- the location is great, you cannot get closer to the beach. Amazing beach access right outside your door. Excellent parking. Truly great outdoor shower! The beds were very comfortable. The place is a bit more aged than appears in the photos but this works very well for a family beach vacation. Well stocked with books, games, and beach chairs. One major con: we had no internet for our entire stay and communication with the host felt like we were talking to a bot. They would answer my messages but often in a way that was not effectively responsive to the question I asked and the issue never internet issue was never successfully addressed during our stay.
