The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Trash must be bagged, sealed and left at the bottom of the hill at the end of Lost River Crossing by 259. There are two stumps on the left of the road. Just leave the trash between those stumps.

When exiting, just say, "Hey Siri. Goodnight." And the lights will all turn off.

Have fun, feel free to play the piano with clean hands, but be careful. It is very special to us. No drinks while playing and don't set things on it.
