Common entrance, Shared free laundry located in basement. 2nd floor, King bed, Living room, Kitchen. 3 Season unheated porch. Stairs required
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has 5 apartment/airbnbs in total with quiet and respectful neighbors. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay
Other Things to Note:
Some stairs required, Parking is assigned and guests MUST park in assigned spot. No Smoking, No parties, No events.
Interaction with Guests:
I can be reached by cell phone. I live about 15 minutes away but am usually available immediately via cell phone call or text.
