A wonderfully clean, decorated and comfortable private retreat! The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we were hoping for: off street parking, complete kitchen with working ice maker in refrigerator, a bathtub, plenty of very nice towels, TVs in every living area, a fenced backyard (for our cat), and convenience to shopping and bike paths. We ride our bikes to the coastal trail. Wonderful stay..thank you to Dawn!!

Wonderful comfortable and spacious place. We were there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you would need to arrive for a stay without having to go to the store first except for food. Dawn was an exceptional host and even brought us 3 fans because 75 deg. Was a " heat wave" . The fact that she took the time and care to even think about that for us was above and beyond! She even recommended spectacular Kincade Park that I took our 6-year-old son to. It's an expansive Park on the water with excellent hiking biking trails 5 minutes away.The location was in close proximity to all the stores for the necessities.We would definitely stay here again.Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent!
