Ferienwohnung Monika - Ferienwohnungen Max & Monika nur 250m zum Strand

The two-room "Monika" holiday apartment is approximately 65 square metres in size and has a separate entrance. The apartment is located in the basement but is still bright and filled with natural light and features a small terrace. The holiday rental features a living-dining area with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and an open kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom includes a shower/toilet and a hair dryer. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included, as is Wi-Fi.

A well-behaved dog is allowed in this apartment by prior arrangement. Please enquire about bringing a pet before booking.



The Max & Monika holiday apartments (free Wi-Fi) are located in a quiet area, not far from the UBB stop “Ahlbeck-Ostseetherme,” in a privately owned semi-detached house in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Ostseetherme and the expansive, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are in the immediate vicinity (the nearest beach access is the Sportstrand with a beach bar, approximately 250 metres away).

The Max holiday rental (approx. 55 square metres) is located in the attic. You can access it through the main entrance of the landlord’s house. All rooms are easily accessible. In the bathroom, depending on your height, you may encounter some limitations due to the sloping ceilings (see photos).

The Monika holiday rental (approx. 65 sqm) has a separate entrance and is located in the basement of the house, yet it is still very bright and airy.

There is a bicycle storage area on the property. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price.
Pets are welcome only upon request and only in the Monika apartment for an additional fee (please consult us in advance).



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
