Upstairs features an open, spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee maker and frozen drink machine. Attached is a light- filled living area with seating for everyone. The house has several seating areas that allow guests to gather or slip away for a quieter moment. Upstairs also features a bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom with tub and shower, dining room with private back deck where you can enjoy the sunrise. Sliding doors connect the open kitchen to a spacious front deck with a propane grill, and a table with umbrella for outdoor gathering and enjoying the sunset. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and attached full bathroom, and another with a full size daybed. A washer, dryer, and open entry space to put beach bags, toys and towels make it practical for enjoying plenty of beach time. There is ample entertainment with board games, cards, shuffle board, TV's and a shady back patio surrounded by tropical landscape to provide privacy and peace. Everything you need is in walking distance, so you can park your car and forget about it. You will be just steps away from the beach, Publix, local restaurants, Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, the Vilano Pier, and water taxis to historic St Augustine. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of enjoying the beach or preparing a meal in the spacious kitchen, Hibiscus House provides a welcoming atmosphere.
