Restaurants, rental services, Coconuts Plaza, and the Kihei Wailea Gift and Craft Fair are all within walking distance of the condo. At home, bask in the gentle ocean breezes while soaking in the ocean views from the private, covered lanai. A cooler is also provided for use during your stay.



The bright and inviting interior boasts recent upgrades including an all-new kitchen, new flooring, and updated bathrooms. Free WiFi and smart TVs are equipped for web browsing, streaming, or even remote working. Partial air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

While arriving at the tail end of the Kona storms, we did enjoy our stay as always at the Maui Banyan. This unit had a great view from the lanai of the ocean and it was perfect for watching the sunset when we couldn’t make it down to the beach, would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment with surprisingly good view

The apartment is really clean and modern, the floors are great, furniture is not tired. Were surprised by how nice the view was at sunset, where we could see the ocean, glow, etc. The pool feels heated, we couldn't get the kid out of it. Grills are cleaned every morning, etc. We used the beach chairs and pool noodles we found in the closet and felt like we live there. Totally recommended.
