The 3-room apartment measures 68 m² and is located on the ground floor of a new villa built in the spa-style, just 250 m from the fine-sand beach.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the second with a single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed. Both bedrooms have a TV. The living room has a TV, radio, and CD and DVD players. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, grill, etc. A washing machine is available in the bathroom with shower. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. The patio and garden area cover approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi and a parking space right next to the house are available free of charge.

Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.
