Haus Eichsfeldia WE 5: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach (2 min.)

This modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) on the ground floor offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The living area and both bedrooms have laminate flooring, while the hallway and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway with a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The light-filled, modern, and high-quality living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable two-seater sofas, a coffee table, a separate dining table with four chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny, covered terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine …!

For your entertainment, there is a modern flat-screen TV in the living room; the second bedroom also has a TV. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious, modern, yet very cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, an armchair, and a large wardrobe.

The cheerful, bright, and additional 2nd bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide), nightstands, and a spacious chest of drawers. An additional TV is available here.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, and toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can hang your jackets on the large coat rack in the apartment’s spacious hallway. In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If needed, a public laundromat is available just a 5-minute walk from your holiday apartment for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in several courtyards within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
