Ideally located in the heart of Périgord Noir, just steps from Sarlat, this bright, single-story 40 m² gîte welcomes you for a comfortable, relaxing stay in peaceful surroundings.



Enjoy quality amenities and access to a heated pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.



The accommodation features a pleasant living area with lounge, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle), dining table and chairs, sofa, and armchairs.



The comfortable bedroom ensures restful nights. The bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet.



Outside, a private 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals and summer evenings.



You have full access to the property, surrounded by spacious green areas. There is also a pétanque court, table tennis, and a large play area.
