2 Bedroom Condo Only 1 Block to UCB

This is a very quiet, serene, sunny 2 bedroom condo. You would get to rent the entire condo. Central to all of Berkeley and a quick 20 minute drive or BART ride to San Francisco.

It is conveniently located for all academic, business and travel needs; within 5-10 minutes walk from Downtown Berkeley, BART (underground train), bus lines, banks, the Post Office, grocery stores, the Berkeley Farmers Market and a multitude of restaurants with international cuisines. For example, the legendary restaurant Chez Panisse is only 5 blocks away. Founded by Alice Waters, it is widely regarded as one of the top 100 restaurants in the world for many years!

Free Wi-Fi internet is featured throughout; full kitchen with gas oven and range, living room, dining room with seating for 4, stacked washer/dryer near front door, and a large, serene front deck with scenic views. The living room has several comfy sofas, a music center and a fireplace. I spent $10k upgrading most of the windows in the condo to double-paned Marvin windows, which are excellent at insulating noise and keeping the temperature controlled. Large windows let in natural light throughout the condo, with shades for privacy when needed. You will have a full bathroom with bath tub & shower. All bedroom doors and the bathroom door have been upgraded to solid core doors, which helps significantly with sound privacy.

There is street parking as well as a garage, but I have a car in the garage most of the time. I can let you use the garage exclusively for an extra $10/day rate so please inquire about that in advance.

This cute condo is safe, very quiet and secure and is a perfect place for work, study or pit stop while traveling.

Second Bedroom:
This furnished, quiet, sun filled bedroom has genuine hardwood floors and includes a brand new queen sized bed, large desk with chair, chest of drawers, and armoire with clothing hangers. There are two large windows for air flow and light, with blinds for privacy.

Master Bedroom:
This furnished, quiet, sun filled master bedroom has genuine hardwood floors and includes a brand new queen sized bed, computer desk with chair, full length sofa, chest of drawers, and walk in closet with clothing hangers. There are two large windows for air flow and light, with blinds for privacy. The mattress on the bed is comparable with what you would find in a luxury hotel.

With advance request, breakfast food can be made available for you upon arrival, in the refrigerator and cabinets. Food options include milk, eggs, juice, cereal, bread, tea and coffee. If you are interested in breakfast, please let me know after booking which breakfast stuff you would like me to pick up for you. I don't make the breakfast, but the food would be put there for you if you request it prior to arrival.

I believe that this space would comfortably accommodate 2 in each bed making a total of 4 people. Note there is only one bathroom. That being said, I put a max of 6 just in case you want to figure out how two extra people could sleep, like on the couches or squeeze into beds.
