Beautiful villa on hillside with view of Med

The villa is very nicely done and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was a good size and one can swim lengths. Kitchen was well-equipped. It is located in a prestigious neighborhood on a hillside. Walking anywhere means walking up a steep hill on the way back if that is an issue. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Maison très jolie et une belle terrasse en face de la mer qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes soirées. Lieu très bien placé proche de la plage les Molins que nous avons appréciée. Nous avons aussi aimé nous baigner dans cette belle piscine avec vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe au retour de nos balades. Grâce à l’emplacement nous avons pu visiter Valencia, Denia, Xativa et Amicante avec la palmeraie de Elche. Bref, très bon séjour grâce cette location. Le propriétaire a été bienveillant et à l’écoute. Nous l’en remercions vivement.

Diese Villa ist ein Traum. Wunderschön gelegen, sehr sauber und geräumig, mit unglaublich viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr herzlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Haus ist super. Die Lage ist genial oben auf dem Hügel mit super Aussicht. Trotzdem sind Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen direkt in der Nähe. In Denia selber ist man auch in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben auch einen Ausflug nach Valencia gemacht.Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Zudem ist der Austausch mit dem Besitzer schnell und einfach. Ein paar Fragen wurden umgehend geklärt.

Lovely villa, stunning views

We enjoyed our holiday at Casa Coby. The villa was nice and comfortable. Set on a hilltop with great views and not too far from some good beaches. Pool was a bit chilly at that time of year but there were other activities available for the kids. We would consider returning to explore more of this nice area of Spain.

Perfect for family vacation

We rented this villa for 6 days. Despite of minor problems (a/c on the salon not working well, faucet on the washing bowls were not working, no hair dryer when we arrive but Ingrid (the caretaker) handle us hers) everything else was excellent, the house, the pool, the location. Ingrid was very accommodating and you can easily contact her if you have any problems or queries regarding the villa and she responded immediately as well as the owner Maarten. Overall we had a great time. We highly recommend this villa to those who want to visit Alicante. And if we have the opportunity to return we would definitely rent this villa again.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Casa Coby! De villa heeft alles: een prachtig uitzicht, een heerlijk privé zwembad, een mooi overdekt terras en een ruime woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamers. Alles wordt keurig verzorgd en onderhouden dus je hoeft nergens naar om te kijken. De villa is dus ideaal voor een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie! Prachtige vakantie villa in Denia

Luxe vakantie villa Denia is een prachtige villa voorzien van alle gemakken, een heerlijk zwembad en fenomenaal uitzicht. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad en missen het huis nog elke dag. Het zwembad, de uitstapjes naar Denia en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de zee, de prachtige tuinen en terrassen. Dit alles maakt het tot het ideale vakantiehuis. Wij komen zeker weer terug!
