Your mountain retreat awaits! Classic lodge style home with everything you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. Tucked away in the trees near Fort Rock Park, this spacious 4 bedroom home features air conditioning throughout the home and plenty of room for the entire family to relax and enjoy.

Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan, with living room, kitchen, dining and family room areas all together. You'll find a gas fireplace in the family room with cable TV and DVD player. The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up your family's favorite meals, and the adjacent dining room offers seating for 8 plus three more at the kitchen counter.

Downstairs you'll find the primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, private bathroom with shower and a walk in closet, laundry, and half guest bathroom can also be found on the mail level.

Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms including a second king bedroom with private half bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk plus a twin bed. A full bathroom with shower and tub is shared for these guests.

The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. The garage also has ping pong and mini air hockey for a little competitive fun!

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful vacation! Miles and miles of scenic bike trails. A slow float down the Deschutes river, exploring caves and lounging in the private hot tub. We are planning to make Sun River a yearly destination for our family vacations!

Great house for family activities

Christmas celebration

What a wonderful property for a family gathering! Love the cozy wood fireplace (and wood galore), hot tub, open kitchen and bedrooms for all. Enjoyed watching the deer and squirrels out the many windows . Would definitely recommend to all!

Enjoyed the stay very much! Very clean but the carpet was stained and worn and needs replacing. Prefer a later checkout.

Perfect for a big family!

The beds were SO comfy which is a huge want for me. The house layout was perfect for a large family as everyone had their own quarters and the noise didn’t travel from room to room as there are no adjoining bedroom walls. Communication with the host was super quick and helpful! Definitely recommend booking with them! Only downside is the house is a 45 minute walk to the village so keep that in mind but oversell the house itself is perfect!

Fantastic!

Overall this property was fabulous! Plenty of room for 2 families. Very comfortable. Bikes worked great. The only negative was the shower upstairs didn't have much water pressure and made it difficult to use.

Sun River Get-Away

We celebrated my wife's birthday with another couple and our adult children. The house really was perfect. My good friend said, "wow, you can really tell that this place is well maintained." The jacuzzi was private and easy to access from the house. There were bikes in great working condition. The garage also had a ping pong table. Kitchen, dining, and sitting areas are fabulous for a large group. Located at the North end of Sun River, getting to and fro to Bend or Century Drive, is easy peasy. Highly recommend this property. Friends we stayed with are planning to try and book this home for their Cascade Lakes Relay weekend event.

Winter family memories

We had such a great time making winter family memories in Sunriver! We played in the snow, enjoyed the light show at the lodge, soaked in the hot tub, and played games. The house was comfortable, in a great location, and met all of our needs. We were a bit disappointed that there was not an air hockey table, the fireplace did not work, and it was not decorated the holidays as advertised. The property management team is definitely the best!

Filbert 19

We met my children and their families at Filbert 19 for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was so inviting and comfortable. Everything was as described online. We had a wonderful time hanging out, watching the snow gently fall, using the hot tub under the stars, grilling out, fixing all the trimmings for our Thanksgiving meal, playing in the snow, warming ourselves by the fireplace and wood burning stove, and enjoying the Christmas Market at the lodge. Part of us used the gym availability a couple days while we were there. Bennington Properties was very attentive and even brought another fridge since the one had trouble keeping things cold. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again! We loved the fact that it was a dog friendly place. Our golden retriever enjoyed her stay too. Check in and out was easy!

Great family home getaway

The house was very well equipped with all amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels for the whole family and enough to use for the hot tub. Box fans in every room to drown out any noises. Plenty of chairs for everyone. We will definitely rent this house again with family.

Condition

Several issue with the property and our stay. There was a broken silverware drawer in the kitchen. Management came out and fixed it. Window seat had a broken lid with fell off when we lifted it up. It appears it was broken before and was hastily fixed. We advised Management but we chose not to fixed it till we left. Garbage cans were full so we had no choice but to put our bags of garbage on top of the cans. No hangers in hall closet to hang our coats. I purchased some hangers from the market place in the village. I would not rent this property again but will looked for another one that has fewer issues and is better for my family.
