Pacific paradise
This newly renovated second level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is right on the beach. It can be rented with the beach front lower level two bedroom that sleeps up to six people, VRBO 732960. The living room has 180' ocean views and lots of comfortable couch seating to watch the dolphins frolicking in the waves and enjoy the beautiful sun setting into the Pacific. The dining table can accommodate ten with additional adjacent bar I seating for eight. There is a well furnished kitchen and a second full size refrigerator in the den. The den also has laundry facilities and a media area.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a twin, bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has a king, bedroom 4 has a king and a day bed, and bedroom 5 has two twins. Bedrooms one thru four all have ocean views. The den has a day bed and there is a pack and play and high chair.
There are lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and a few bikes. There is parking for two cars. The lower level has a shared patio and a two bedroom, also available to rent and perfect for extended families. The patio has charcoal and gas grills, fire pits, and several picnic tables. There are also comfortable seating areas to sit and enjoy the view, one of the best things about being right in the beach. It's a perfect place to create family memories.

This is the second time our group has rented this property for an amazing and memorable family vacation. My sister and her family rent the downstairs 2 bdrm unit and my husband and I rent the upstairs 5 bedroom with our 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. There is plenty of space for all of us and Ben and Marta are the best and most accommodating hosts i have ever had at any of our rentals. We're a large group and we love that there are plenty of bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas to have a great time together on the beach and boardwalk. Our group loves the gorgeous patio space so we can spend all of our time together and enjoying the breathtaking views. The interior is will stocked with more than you could possibly need to make meals, play games, read and relax, or whatever you like. This condo is conveniently located, pretty quiet at night, and so comfortable. We love our stays here and we will be back again and again! Book it, you won't regret it!

Place is choice! Excellent place for me and my family. We came for our daughters graduation and going to come back again and stay there next year for the next kids graduation. This home is right on the beach with volleyball nets in front. We got to jump in a few games with some of the regulars playing. I can’t say enough good things about the place and the people who own the place. They were easy going and answered questions immediately The home has plenty of rooms and is open - works well for large families.

This might have been the most perfect stay we have ever had in a VRBO. The property was gorgeous with lots of room for us to spread out. Perfect for a large family or family gathering. The hosts were the BEST! Very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. It was definitely one of the best stocked VRBO’s we have ever stayed in with lots of extras! The sunsets were amazing to watch from the large window looking out on the beach or on the spacious outdoor space. I would highly recommend this property. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again sometime!

We stayed here with 6 of our teen grandkids. The hosts were very welcoming with fresh flowers, bottles of wine and beer! The kitchen is well outfitted for a large group. The garage has all kinds of beach paraphanelia for teens along with tandem bikes! Right across the boardwalk from volleyball nets. Great parking for a x-large vehicle as it is outside next to the house.

Spring Break
