About this property

Casa De' Pepi: An independent flat near Duomo in the Hystorical Centre

In a quiet street near Duomo, Santa Croce and Synagogue, the flat has an indipendent access at the ground floor. A large room with a sofa and an armchair welcomes you; on the opposite side of the room a modern and well equipped kitchen is ready to help you cooking for your staying.
In the other room a queen bed for your relax. Over an arc you can find a bunk bed and the bathroom.
We provide sheets, towels and some basic supplies such as salt, spices, oil, vinegard, coffee, soaps; the kitchen has a microwave and an electric oven, a kettle and all the dishes, pots and glasses you may need. In the bathroom you can find a shower, a washing machine and an hair dryer. Some book for children and plays, with an high chair and a cot, are available. We welcome families!
In the neighborhood you can find a pharmacy, two supermarkets, some different gym and libraries.
The bus stop is just 100 mt from the flat. But you can easily reach all the most important museums and monuments just walking: the distances are most one km.
You can use a wi-fi connection and an air-conditioned system.

A late check in (from 20:00 to 23:00) will costs 30 euro more. Check-in after 23:00 on requests, at the costs of 50 eur.
A late check out (till 13:00), when possible, will costs 20 euro.

An amazing place!

This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Florence. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot a few minutes from our place. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. The street noise was a little loud but nothing to complain about. it was a 20 minute walk from the Train station too. Very convenient to all sites. The host, Annalisa, was amazing. She offered us plenty of recommendations and advice. She was truly great. A MUST STAY! Truly a seamless and worry free experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The location in Florence could not have been better, The apartment had everything we needed and the owners provided all the information and assistance necessary for the success of our trip. Do not hesitate to stay in this wonderful apartment you will enjoy the experience of Florence at its finest.

Great location!

Attractive little apartment with a great location . We spent 5 weeks here. The apartment was not quite as we had hoped for. Musty smell and was very damp. Nothing would dry out. It could use a thorough cleaning and a little paint. Be very mindful of utility usage. We only used one of the heating units, only during the day when we were in the apartment. We turned it off at night and did not use the dishwasher or washing machine. Much to our shock, we received a €400 energy consumption bill at the end of our 5 week stay stay. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. She had us to her home and prepared a wonderful meal. She responded to our questions and concerns. I would recommend this apartment for a short stay in Florence.

Great location with good landmark to find it. Very central to old city and groceries. Well equipped. Lots of space. On a busy street so to loud to open your window at night. Nice friendly helpful owners. What did not work for me was the really bad musty smell.

Location was superb and easy to get around. Annalise made our stay even more enjoyable by her quick response to any question we had. And her husband was waiting for us when we arrived. Easy to get around from here and supermarket close by. It had everything we needed. I would stay there again. Thank you again for everything. Great location!

Right from the start our communication with Annalisa was fantastic! She was clear about how to get to get their with public transportation and her husband even waited hours for us after our train was delayed. The place is in a fantastic location and we walked everywhere. With it being just the two of us we found it to be very spacious enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and highly recommend this property due to the location, air conditioning in both rooms, and ease of communication with Annalisa. Thanks again!

Great location!

The apartment had everything we needed for staying five nights. The location is perfect for bus stops and taxis. The are plenty bar cafes (for cappuccinos and croissants) and tobacco shops (to buy bus tickets and water). There is also a big grocery store called Conads to help fill the refrigerator. Annalisa was very helpful in providing any information we needed to get around the city. Air condition was a huge plus with temperatures reaching just over 100 degrees. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wish I could give more stars

This is a wonderful apartment, extremely well located and very well stocked with all the things you might need. Also everything you would need for traveling with children, including a high chair and fold away baby bed. Best of all there is a washing machine, very easy to use. The kitchen is also well stocked with a dishwasher, micro wave, gas stove, and everything you'd need to cook and supplement your restaurant dinning. I was traveling with a teen ager, so it was very convenient to make him a large breakfast before we went out. Annalisa and her family were great and so helpful. The apartment has a booklet with a very clear map that shows you where the sights are, the food stores, bus stop, garbage drop off, etc. We really enjoyed the location, very close to the Duomo, yet private with good local restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment.

We have choose this apt because is well located in the center of the City, in a quiet street and over all completely indipendent; no stairs, no neighbours.

What makes this property unique

When you arrive you have at your disposal all that you need to fell at home. AC, WiFi, TV, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and some little things such as coffee, spices, teas, sugar, salt in the kitchen; bath foam, soap in the bathroom. We provide detergents for dishwasher and washing machine, so if you have to do it only one time you don't have to buy an entire package. You have also at your disposal sheets and towels, dishcloths and cloth.
You can use cristal glasses and candles for your romantic evenings.
For long term rental (more than 10 days) we ask to pay for electricity consumptions; the AC cost 0,50 euros per each Kwh.
