Down the bright hall opens 2 sunny-family bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a 10m2 luminous fully-equipped kitchen.

This apartment combines XXI century needs -high speed internet, powerful unlimited hot water, thermostat-heat control, air-con in all rooms, security door, wooden floors, 50 inches 4k TV, absorbent towels & soft bed linens- with spacious areas such as a fully-equipped kitchen with separated dining room & an unique terrace.

***This property is in an assisted-wheelchair access building. The lift access directly from ground floor to 6th floor. However to access ground floor there are 2 small stairs and a big one to enter the building.
