Very Friendly and Accommodating Hosts

The house is as advertised, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Good location relative to area attractions. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our request. Will stay here again when in the area.

Perfect!! Great location, clean and lots of space!

We needed a location that could accommodate two families for a long weekend. This was absolutely wonderful; it was close enough to the beach to enjoy an evening walk and driving distance to many Rhode Island sites. The house had plenty of places for everyone to sleep as well as two living/family room locations for us to relax, visit and watch the game. The screened in porch was comfortable and the large deck allowed sunbathing and grilling. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for us to eat-in all weekend. This was a great rental and we would all definitely stay there again!!!

Spacious upper level rental with private yard

We are regular renters in the Charlestown area and this property is one of our favorites. Comfortably holds eight people. Wonderful large deck and screened porch. We had a very hot week and there is no AC but there are plenty of overhead and extra fans. No dishwasher which was fine for our crowd but might be nice when you have this place filled up. Owners on site on weekends in a lower apartment were helpful and unobtrusive. Beach pass that includes Blue Shutters and Charlestown is provided and necessary since drive to beach is a must. Plenty of places to have a nice walk or bike. Nice outdoor shower and plenty of parking. A real beach experience.
