Our condo is suitable for all ages from retired adults who wish to enjoy playing golf in Orlando's finest and most famous golf resort Champions Gate, less than 10 minutes of drive. Family with children will also enjoy our condo as distance to Disney World and other fun-theme parks are about 20 minutes away.

My wife and I have two grown children, the eldest one works full time and the youngest is completing his graduate study.

Why they chose this property

Our family always love tropical and warm weather, and we fell in love with central Florida on our first visit years ago when our children were still in grade school.

We had more trips to Florida since then and finally made a big decision to purchase a condo. We love it ever since!! The weather, the lakes, the beach, the theme parks, the list goes on and on. We choose Davenport location because of close proximity to Orlando that hosts major theme parks, but yet far away from the hectic and congestion of a big city.

The location of our condo is secluded and surrounded by conservation area and small lakes, but yet close to the shopping malls and restaurants. We would like to invite you to come to our condo, enjoy it as much as we do, and tell us how we can make your vacation even more pleasureable.
