Great beautiful place

We were able to use pool, jacuzzi key hanging by fridge for easy access. Apartment was clean, safe area, family oriented. Loved our stay hope to stay again! Comfortable beds, a/c was great, came with working appliances to use.I highly recommend.

Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood

We had an excellent stay in this condo in Davenport. All the shopping en parks are within a 20 minute drive. The condo itself had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner and pleasant staff at the management company.

Great accomodation

Everything was great. The only problem was that we had no mobile phone with US WiFi (unfortunately needed for the main gate). Last time we were there, we got an access code for the gate. We recommend this condo.

Very clean and well taken care of. Minor details such as burned out light bulbs, blinds not working properly, furnace filter needing to be replaced causing a lot of dust in the condo would have improved our stay. However overall nice place and we would stay again.

Great Experience

Enjoyed my stay. My family and I stayed here the week of thanksgiving and every minute was priceless. Mr. Kurniawan answered all my questions in a timely manner and was a Great host. It really feels like you are at home here. I would recommend this place with no problem.

Proceed just right and close to attractions!

Great place to stay with a family. The pool was well kept and beautiful. If your looking for reasonable accommodations, this is the spot. It's about a half hour away from Disney and Universal attractions so if you don't mind the drive it's perfect. The owner is available by email and is very responsive. Roomy and clean we had no issues and even did our laundry before we left. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and very clean condo

I was very pleased with the condo. It was super clean and very quiet. The only issue for me was both beds were very very firm. I think that would be fine for many people, but I am not accustomed to that. However, we were so exhausted from visiting theme parks and staying out late that it didn't keep me from sleeping. I also loved the huge master bathroom and large master closet with hangers for clothes.

Absolutely Fantastic property and stay

I arrived at the property and straight away I noticed that the property was exactly how I had viewed it in the photos. Clean spacious and extremely tidy. Everything was to my satisfaction and the area was amazing. The Neighbour's Deere quiet but friendly in the morning with their greetings. My only feedback that I would want to offer would be that the Door was a little tricky to open with the key as once unlocked or locked it was quite fiddle to take the key out. The pool and hot tub was really nice and a short 30 second walk from the condo. Parking was plenty and spacious also. Overall I absolutely loved my stay and am planning on returning in around 4 months time.

When we first arrived I took pictures of everything just for some security and proof. We stayed from June 4th till June 9th Saturday and Sunday we did not have any cable services nor was it a video game but we called the service manager and someone came first thing Monday morning which wasn't a problem for us because we're on vacation and we were mostly out at events. Most importantly everything was nice and clean and put in place they had a booklet for rules and regulations which is very simple to follow. Overall I enjoyed our stay and yes I would rent from this company and these condos again I highly recommended by co-workers he was going on the trip next year and I gave her all the information she needed four stars.

Excellent Property!

My review is incredibly late (we actually stayed here in October 2013), but I wanted to leave my review. We are currently booking another rental home in another state and wanted to help others if they are trying to decide on this property. The condo is just as pictured. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Iwan didn't hesitate to answer any questions that I had. The condo is about 20 minutes from Disney. It was nice to get away from all of the tourist areas at the end of a busy day. The condo is on the ground floor, which worked out great for us because we were traveling with our 2 toddlers and I was 7 months pregnant at the time. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit. At first, I was a little concerned about being so far away from the children, but it worked out well. We did have to buy face towels because we couldn't find any in the unit. The owner assured us that some were available, but we didn't see them. No biggie though. All in all, great unit, quiet neighbors, and would definitely stay again!

My name is Iwan Kurniawan. I grew up in the beautiful island of Java, Indonesia. We currently live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and I lead a design engineering team as my occupation. My wife and I have two grown children, the eldest one works full time and the youngest is completing his graduate study.

Why they chose this property

Our family always love tropical and warm weather, and we fell in love with central Florida on our first visit years ago when our children were still in grade school.

We had more trips to Florida since then and finally made a big decision to purchase a condo. We love it ever since!! The weather, the lakes, the beach, the theme parks, the list goes on and on. We choose Davenport location because of close proximity to Orlando that hosts major theme parks, but yet far away from the hectic and congestion of a big city.

The location of our condo is secluded and surrounded by conservation area and small lakes, but yet close to the shopping malls and restaurants. We would like to invite you to come to our condo, enjoy it as much as we do, and tell us how we can make your vacation even more pleasureable.
