Villa Details
Situated on Creekside, a peaceful Kissimmee community, is this traditional 3 bedroom vacation villa with a games room and totally secluded southwest-facing solar-heated pool area that has no overlooking neighbors. The lively US192 is a mile or so away from the community entrance, giving you a wide range of dining options to choose from, satisfying all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. The magic and excitement of Orlando’s famous theme parks, including Disney, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, can all be reached within 20-25 minutes. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, is 30-35 minutes’ drive from here.

Living Accommodation:
The spacious open-plan accommodation includes a kitchen area with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need for a self-catering holiday and windows overlooking the front garden; a small dining table in here is a great place to start your day with tea and toast. On the other side of the kitchen is a larger dining table, perfect for special occasion meals together or evening fun playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. At the back of the villa is the family lounge, filled with lots of natural light flowing in from the doors leading to the southwest-facing pool area and furnished with comfy sofas in front of the flatscreen TV.

Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa, just off the lounge, and has a window overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, nearby is Bedroom 3, furnished with Twin beds and with a window overlooking the front garden. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, making early nights or relaxing mornings even more enjoyable.

Entertainment:
Get competitive in the games room as you play a few games of pool against each other or practice your trick shots ready to impress the rest of your family who can sit in comfort and watch you.

Outdoor Living:
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls you can return home to recharge your batteries and make long-lasting holiday memories on the southwest-facing pool deck which has privacy hedges and fencing on all sides. The pool is solar-heated so will be warmer than most other pools without paying extra for the privilege. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom will save any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
