Everything was great. The place was great for our group with plenty of room. The theater room was fun for playing video games. The location was further from Disney than we thought. Make sure you account for traffic getting to the parks.

Traveled with 5 teenagers. They loved the pool and hot tub. The 3 adults really appreciated the house's proximity to the clubhouse. Communication from the resort/house manager was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay overall and really appreciated the location, space, and amenities. The listing was accurate, and the photos were representative of the property. The unit was conveniently located within a short walk of the clubhouse, pools, and gym, and we especially enjoyed the onsite pool and game room. The location was also a great balance of being close to the major attractions while still feeling like a quieter place to stay. We found a great Italian pizza restaurant about a 5-minute drive away that was perfect for takeout. We also really enjoyed the decor and spaciousness of the unit.There were a few areas that could use some attention. The unit would benefit from a more thorough cleaning between guests. We found a few items left behind by previous guests under the beds and couches, and some surfaces, including the kitchen counter and dining table, needed additional cleaning. The linens and towels were clean, but some of the dishes in the cabinets also needed to be washed before use. Since we were staying for an extended period, we purchased cleaning supplies and took care of some of these areas ourselves.We also experienced an issue with small bugs in one of the downstairs bathrooms. We notified the property, and pest control responded and treated the bathroom. Unfortunately, there were quite a few dead bugs remaining on the surfaces afterward, so we ultimately chose not to use that bathroom for the remainder of our stay.Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The house wasn’t cleaned throughly prior to check in. When I arrived and sit on the sectional, it moved and I immediately noticed lots of dirt and trash under the couches . The communication is terrible. Very hard to get in contact with anyone . I sent text and left voicemails that still haven’t gotten a reply too. I had an issue with the dryer that never got resolved. It wouldn’t dry anything and had a burning smell coming from it . Overall my kids enjoyed the house . It was a lot there to keep them busy.

This house was exceptional, even more beautiful than pictured! Made for an easy drive to all our Disney activities! The club resort is also directly across the street and has delicious drinks and fun activities daily for the kids! 10/10 recommend for families with kiddos!

Wonderful stay

Accomadations were awesome and the family fell in love with the place as soon as we walked through the front door. The main event of our trip to Florida was to go to Disney World, but each day we went to the parks, the family was more excited about getting back to the rental to relax and enjoy all it had to offer. Kids already looking forward to the next visit.

This vacation rental is spectacular for families including grandchildren. The pool table, the air hockey, and the den theatre were all a hit for our family. This rental is conveniently located near the Disney properties. Just be aware that the gas grill is a not part of the renal amenities.

Disney Vacation

all went smoothly and we had a most enjoyable time. We did have to do a grocery run for essentials like trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels which extras were left for the next tenants. The kids were excited about the decor and loved the pool.
