3br/2.5b Townhouse Gated Resort Near Disney Parks!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Townhouse 7 miles from disney located in the gated Regal Palms Resort which offers 3 heated pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, arcade,gym, spa, restaurant and bar and much more!! The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a starter of toiletries. Ideal for a weekend or a long stay. Its your home away from home. If you have any questions or needs please let us know in advance and we can try to accommodate. Guests have full use of the townhouse. All amenities( pools, lazy river, water slides, spa, game room and restaurant) are included in the $20.00 a day( per unit NOT per person) resort fee which is paid directly to the resort at check in the day of arrival. You will provided with wristbands for all guests to have access to all the amenities as well as parking passes for your vehicles. Parking is directly in front of the unit.

GARBAGE
All garbage including recycle must be placed in 13gallon kitchen bags. Nothing smaller. No grocery bags no paper bags ONLY 13 gallon kitchen bags. There will be 2 provided by the cleaning company and if your stay is longer then be sure to purchase more. The complex charges FINES which will passed on to the guest for any garbage not places inside 13 gallon kitchen bags before placing in blue bins on the back patio.

NO SMOKING on or anywhere near openings leading into the property. There will be a $250 fine to any guest who leaves a smoke scent inside the unit so please be sure to smoke outside all with doors leading into the unit closed.

NO PETS. There will be a $250 fine for any guests bringing a pet during their stay at the unit.

We find many guests can’t figure how to turn on the master shower so hence this note. The faucet has a pull down spout and that is what turns the shower on. When the shower is turned off then the spout snaps back in. Also we ask that you only have patio chairs cushions out when you are using them

It was about what you would expect for the price in a very popular area like Orlando. The property was definitely well used, things were broken and furniture was worn. But, it allowed us a place to sleep and the kitchen was stocked, it had towels and things which was nice. Not the cleanest we have ever stayed in, mold made one shower impossible to use. Host did respond quikcly to us, however.

Great Place

This was a return stay to the Regal Palms resort and we plan to return. This specific townhome was over all great and exactly what was needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was very easy and everything is well organized.

Everything was fantastic! We were here for a softball tournament and we were 30 minutes from the fields but right next to Publix so anything we needed was just an unbelievably short drive away. We were able to go yo Disney Springs and also enjoyed a great dinner at The Wharf. I would absolutely come back here!

Unit Requires Renovation

Unit is worn. Backdoor slider inoperable plus handle was broken. The left side blind on the slider was broken. The toaster really didn't work - very old. The safe in master closet was locked and couldn't be used during stay. The outlet strip and the lamp on the right side of the master bedroom didn't work. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned out upon arrival. We stayed in another unit in this development which wads in much better shape. The unit itself is roomy and good for a family if you are looking for the basics.

Quiet and comfy

The condo was clean and cozy. Supplies were great. Everything you would need was at your fingertips. Just an FYI to future guests the pool is a pretty far walk. You will need to drive and park. Also, the pool was very crowded. Over all the condo was great!

Amazing place to stay and minutes from Disney

Property was clean, quite, gated community, beds were very comfortable, fully furnished kitchen, basically home away from home. We will definitely be staying at one of this owners properties in the future because they are easy to contact, quick response, and care about your stay and enjoyment. They are amazing people to rent from compared to numerous other places we have stayed over the years and many trips to Disney and Universal.

Amazing Townhome!

My wife and I had an amazing time here. Alfredo, the host was very responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and decor was amazing. A lot of little touches that made it very welcoming. This would be a great option for anyone looking to book in the Kissimmee/Davenport area.

Lovely Resort Facility

We enjoyed four weeks at Regal Palms in Feb/20. Very well kept and equipped rental property. The owners, Alfredo & Rachelle, were extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Traffic on the main roads outside the resort is very busy throughout the day making travel tiresome.
