A wonderful stay for our weekend getaway.

We loved this property! A few steps from the beach and pool! The unit had everything we needed to cook, there was plenty of room to spread out and we appreciated the chairs that came with it. Can’t wait to come back.

Great property in St. Augustine

We enjoyed our stay in this home while ending our winter getaway. The home was fully stocked with necessities, the location was great overlooking the heated pool and just a short walk over the walkway to a wonderful large beach. Convenient location, close to everything and an easy ride into town from Rt. 1. Would consider this home again.

This was a great place for the beach and pool which the kids loved and not too far from St Augustine. Owner is fast to answer any questions. Very clean and comfortable.

Great for families

This was our first time renting a townhouse and the whole experience was great. Perfect location and just overall a good place in a great town. None of the hassle of condos that we had previously stayed in and plenty of room for everyone, even little kids. Very accessible and a very chill community overall. I highly recommend this location and host.

Lots of good some not so much

The location is excellent. There is a short walk to the beach. The instructions were for keyless entry, but it was actually a lock box that contained a key. This caused some confusion for me but it was remedied quickly by a neighbor and a call from my contact person. Everything worked and it was clean. I have rented through VRBO many times and this unit did not equal the quality of my other rentals by any means. The complex as a whole was an older construction and just looked tired. The grounds were well kept but the pool was green. It served our purpose, but I was expecting a nicer place.

Location was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice pool that was heated to a good temperature. Great big screen Smart TV (but internet went in and out frequently). The unit we stayed in was old and worn. Needs to be updated throughout. Guest room hadn't been cleaned (thick dust on surfaces) but the rest of the place was clean. Had some minor issues with cable TV and kitchen lighting, both of which were immediately resolved. Very responsive Property Manager (thanks Anna :).

Great Location and Very Clean

This condo is exactly as pictured! It was right beside the pool and just a very short walk to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The condo was very well-equipped with everything you could think of and then some! It is located very near some wonderful restaurants and night life and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely stay here again!
