Cooperstown Baseball Rentals - Lakeview Pines

Lakeview Pines is a beautiful sprawling ranch style 4 bedroom home, with many recent renovations. This is a great house for two families to share! Lakeview Pines is across the street from another one of our properties - Cooperstown Baseball Rentals "Avonmora", for larger groups looking to stay together, yet still have their own personal private space.



Centrally located to both Cooperstown and Oneonta, Lakeview Pines is:

- 10.9 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park

- 11.5 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village

- 9.9 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World

- 15.5 miles to the National Baseball Hall of Fame



Lakeview Pines features four bedrooms (two with king size beds, one with a queen size bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed, two fully tiled bathrooms with heated floors (one of these baths is handicapped accessible) and a half bathroom off the king bedroom. The house in located in the Goodyear Lake community, and just fifty yards from lake access for swimming, fishing or boating. A canoe, kayak, and personal flotation devices are provided for your use (with a dolly for easy transport to the lake!)



Lakeview Pines has a fully equipped kitchen with new granite floors, dishwasher, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, and water softener for your comfort. A spacious outdoor patio with gas grill and fire pit is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon or evening, dining and enjoying the company of family and friends. Additional standard amenities include air conditioning, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), 5 TV's - a large 55" (or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in the living room and 43" (or larger) flat screen Roku TV's in all the bedrooms. The kitchen has a combination coffee pot/k-cup brewer for your convenience.



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



Located in a quiet, residential lake community, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Please respect local speed limits and quiet time after 10pm.



There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.
