Really nice cozy place

This place is amazing & in a great location. There is plenty of convenience to this house including sleeping room, to laundry. The lake is a 30 second walk and u can do all sorts of activities. We caught largemouth & smallmouth bass. The local deer walked up to our house too! It’s a 15 min drive to Dreams Park from here.

Great location for Cooperstown

Our family stayed in this home while my son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. It was within close distance and was easy to get back and forth for the games. The home was great in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of the country. We saw a lot of different animals and my kids had a lot of fun at the location. The one complaint is that for a house that is non-smoking, there was a bit of an old smoking smell in the house for the duration of the week when we walked in the house each day. Overall, though, it was a great home for our vacation to Upstate New York.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park where we spent a lot of time. It was so nice to come "home" to relax and be refreshed. The house had everything that we needed to be comfortable.

Great for families-baseball trips

Great house for a large family, or two families in our case. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths were great and onsite laundry was even better. About 15-20 minutes to get to Cooperstown Dreams Park, but a nice straight shot to head into town. Check in process was super easy and Nora was very nice. Even crossed paths with the maintenance guy on check out and he was really nice as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the greater Cooperstown area.
