Das in 2018 fertig gestellte Haus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Baeder, einen offenen Wohnbereich mit grosszuegiger Kueche und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Interieur. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit direkt begehbarem Bad befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses waehrend sich die Gaestezimmer 2 & 3 auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befinden. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist neben der Kueche und hat ein grosses Fenster mit Blick auf den Vorgarten. Der grosse Terrassenbereich ist zum Teil ueberdacht und mit einer komfortablen Lounge, Flachbild TV sowie Esszimmertisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet. Der elektrisch beheizte Swimmingpool kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden.
