Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. The themed rooms and swimming pool were a huge hit with the grandkids. They spent their days at Disney and evenings swimming. We had a blast.

We had a wonderful time with friends at this property. Their attention to detail for theme rooms was amazing! The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could need and plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. We hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay here! We LOVED the themed bedrooms. They also provide a lot of items at the house (strollers being some of that), so that is very appreciated. It’s also easy access to Disney and Universal! We would stay here again!

There are so many reasons to love this place! For my husband, it’s the beds. Most comfortable of any VRBO property we have stayed at. It was like sleeping at home. The kids loved the toys, games and pool. The value was fantastic. We will be back!

The house is very warming. It’s filled with every toy and costume you can think of. Every room is themed and fitting for a family vacation to Disney! The pool was very clean, the sauna warm for us. I had to make a call at 2 am and received a response within 10 minutes. I hope friends I know will book here because it’s the cutest house ever!

Perfect house with something for EVERYONE! There was plenty of space, the kids were thrilled with the themed rooms, each one felt like something was there just for them, which is quite the feat given we had kids ranging from teens to toddlers and everything in between. The adult kids liked the rooms too honestly. It wasn’t too far from Disney and it was nice to have more space for everyone to have some family time. There’s games, toys, a pool; you really couldn’t ask for a better place to make some memories with your family.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is my third visit to this property and my family loves it and requests it! It’s always clean, the hosts are always responsive and helpful, the location is very close to stores and Disney. We will be returning soon!

Kevin allowed us to drop our luggage off since we came in on a red eye flight so that was very kind. The house is awesome for a large family, with themed rooms that match the description. We chose the house for the pool and the hot tub since we had little ones that wanted to unwind at the end of the day and older parents that wanted the hot tub after a long day at the park. The hot tub was non functional would not heat and had clumps of styrofoam in it from a broken cover. The pool had algea and was turning green in some spots and the water was a little off. So the outdoor portion was a major letdown. The house inside is awesome, we loved the Starwars den to watch movies in and it was super cool in there, the action figures and costumes was such a treat. The princess bedroom with the sunken tub was having cooling issues, everyday the room was super hot. Overall good experience, I contacted the host asking for resolution or some sort of discount since we were unable to use the jacuzzi one of the reasons we chose the place and he sent me some AI response saying they sell the whole house experience which I thought was pretty lame if something doesn't work you should make it right but he didn't.

This place was pretty much perfect in every way! The decor was adorable, the kids loved all the toys, games and dress up. The kitchen was stocked with every possible tool/appliance needed, including kid dinnerware. The pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area were wonderful plus well kid proofed. The beds were extremely comfortable! The hosts were incredibly responsive to every question (even though we later realized most of the info was in the booklet provided.) The location was extremely convenient to all the Disney parks. This was probably my best VRBO experience ever, and will definitely come back if we return to Orlando.

The house was amazing. We had a group of 15, 10 teens and 5 adults. The themeing was great and there was enough beds for everyone. It is conveniently located for disney or universal. The Host was amazing for the few questions we had prior to arrival. We would rebook for a large group again!

Great house for kids!

We had a great time staying at this house! My kids were entertained with the toys and the house was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here especially if you are visiting for Disney and have young children!

The BEST for a group!

We had the absolute best time staying here! The rooms were well themed and the kids were beside themselves at all of it. Big kids and littles alike will love it. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and the location was wonderful. We have stayed in ALOT of rental properties and this was the most well stocked of any home we have ever seen. They had everything! We would recommend it again and again.
