Farmhouse With Secure Private Grounds and 360 degrees views

This property was let for the first time by myself for the summer of 2014 as a holiday let,it was a great success with Owners Direct I am now entering into my sixth season should anyone be interested in a short break or whatever on short notice please contact. It is obvious to my self as a professional person that yourselves the holiday maker are becoming more aware that booking through agencies is costing you money up to thirty percent of the weekly charge,which is astronomical in my opinion being a chartered accountant..However to revert to my property there is a cycle path available from the top of the lane. Barmouth is only three miles away with the well-known Mawddach Estuary. Harlech with the Royal St David's Golf Course is only 7 miles away. The Coed y Brenin cycle path is within 15 miles. Portmeirion Italianate Village is 18 miles away. For the small gauge railway enthusiast, there are the Talyllyn, Bala and Porthmadog, Ffestiniog and Highland Railways. Slate Mines at Llanfair Harlech and Llechwedd at Blaenau Ffestiniog. But last but not least, there is 360 degrees views from the property,mountains and sea views, hope you will contact me.I am personally available for booking and also during your stay on my mobile number

Why they chose this property

This property until recently was my family home. Built in the sixties. Located with fantastic views of the shore and of the mountains, and located within Snowdonia National Park.
Beach within walking distance and footpaths from the top of the lane onto the mountains directly.
Summer 2014 was my first self catering period which was a great success through owners direct hope there are lot's of you anticipating coming to Wales this year again I am open all year short breaks available also flexible on change over date if available. Special rate for couples, contact for discount price. I am always available on my mobile for any questions that you may have before or during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Grounds are secure with the property and farmland adjoins the boundary sheep only grazing all round.Plenty of room to park your vehicles. Outside toilet which has a lock can be used to store items should you require so.
