This charming terraced 2 bedroom villa, situated above the bay of Aiguebelle, faces south west with its spectacular views overlooking the Mediterranean and the islands. It is built entirely on its own level assuring complete independence and privacy. The house includes all the basic amenities making it both comfortable and functional. On the ground floor, a spacious living room and a comfortable lounge/TV area, an open kitchen with a dining area inside and out front on the terrace overlooking the islands. A small hallway leads to a master bedroom with ensuite, the guest room and second bathroom.

An amazing place

Marjalou 1 is a fantastic place to stay. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated of a high standard and located in an extremely quite area. Beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning system was fantastic when the temperatures hit 35 this summer. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. Thank you very much Maartje for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'accueil ainsi que le soin apporté à la décoration tant de l'intérieur que de l'extérieur. L'aménagement du jardin offre beaucoup d'endroits pour s'y assoir et profiter de l'extérieur dans un cadre aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem sauberen, ruhigen und hübsch eingerichtetem Haus. Wir wurden freundlich von den sympathischen Gastgebern empfangen und erhielten Wein und leckere Kekse zum Empfang. Es steht ein WeberGasGrill zur Verfügng, den wir häufig genutzt haben. Leider waren die Betten sehr weich, wir haben schlecht gschlafen. Der Duschabfluss war verstopft, dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Das aufgeführte Boot war leider nicht vorhanden. Der Geschirrkorb in der Spülmaschine springt immer aus der Schiene und die Weingläser sind zusammengewürfelt, wir hätten es schön gefunden, wenn je 4 einheitliche Weißwein- und Rotweingläser sowie einheitliche Wassergläser zur Verfügung stünden, daran sollte nicht gespart werden.

La maison est idéalement située au calme, loin du bruit de la route pas très loin de plages. Possibilité de promenades dans les collines vers Bormes et le col du Canadel. Propre, confortable et bien équipée.
