318 Captain John Fripp Villa - Distant Ocean View - Free Wireless Internet
Our Captain John Fripp Villa is in a central location close to the Beach Club. Unit has raised ceilings downstairs and renovated kitchen. Tile floors throughout the downstairs living area and new (2019) carpet upstairs. New (2020) front balcony and stairs and new back balcony overlooking pool and courtyard with a distant view of the ocean. Patio replaced in March 2021.

This unit is located center island with a distant ocean view from the upstairs balcony and a choice of pools with activities for everyone with the purchase of amenity cards. Sit on your patio within steps of the private shared pool (available to only those in the complex), or take a short walk to the beach or to the Beach Club's Olympic Pool, Adult Pool or Fitness Center. For the golfer in the family there are two excellent courses. Bike trails throughout the island offer another diversion for the bikers in the family. Golf carts and bikes are available for rent. The Racquet Club with ten Fast-Dry or hard courts and Pickleball Court is just across the street.

On those rainy days head to historic Beaufort, South Carolina, just 19 miles away or take a short trip to Charleston, Hilton Head or Savannah for sightseeing or shopping.

We are Club members and amenity cards are available for purchase with this villa. Access all the island has to offer including golf, tennis, pickleball, island restaurants, and other Fripp Island Resort amenities. Upon request of amenity cards, in addition to the fee per card, a 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount will be added to the reservation - this fee is required by the resort.

This is a non-smoking and pet free property.

Fripp is a wonderful place for a family vacation. Our family has enjoyed our visits there, the only complaints we hear are when it is time to leave!

Fripp getaway

This property was just what we were looking for. It's a fantastic location close to the Beach club and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!! The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and a wonderful host! Would rent again!

Great place and location with access to pool out the back door and easy access to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen, towels and sheets provided. Kaitlin was a great host and answered back quickly to my email questions. Only a few minor housekeeping issues and couch maybe could use a recovering but would definitely stay there again !!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the location being right on the beach and close by all of the resort activities and pools. Great place for our 4 and 7 yr old. Will be back for sure.

Great communications with Katalin regarding various Q&A’s. Katalin responded quickly, accurately and professionally. Perfect location for our needs. Clean property with a well stocked kitchen. Main bathroom nicely updated and perfectly functional. 2BR (both with King beds) not ideal for family of 3 but we made it work. Overall, 5 out of 5 star. Thank you Katalin.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is not our first time staying here. Absolutely a gem. A minute to the beach and the pool is right in front of your back yard. You will find her kitchen very convenient with mostly everything in it that will cook you a meal easily. I enjoyed the conveniency of home-like condo, the short distance to the beach and the pool, the daily deer visits, and of course, the nice flat not crowded beach. See ya next time!

Because of illness, I was unable to go, but the gracious host allowed my family and their friends to go in my place. They loved it! The kids loved how close the pool and the beach were. And they really loved the big deer walking up to the grill while their Daddy was grilling!!!! They knew not to touch him, but they were sure surprised. They were able to go next door and play arcade games and get ice cream (they got amenity cards) The men loved riding the rented golf cart to play golf and to take the kids out to eat. My son just does not like the beach at all ----BUT he definitely wants to go back to Fripp!!!! Quiet, relaxing and the condo was very nice. I must add that the owner, Katalin was truly the nicest person I have ever rented from. I was so upset that I could not go with my daughter in law and granddaughters, so my son said that he would go if another couple went, so that he would have a buddy there to play golf with---- she was was so kind to allow them to have extra guests! She did not have to do that, but she certainly made the trip for me, even if I could not be there - my girls had a great time!! Grandma plans to go next year!! I cannot thank Katalin enough for allowing their trip to be such a success.

Labor Day 2022

A great Labor Day weekend with easy access to the pool and beach. We were able to watch the UGA game on a nice tv. The place was well stocked with all the cookware and drink ware we could need. Thank you!

Great fripp trip!

Very friendly host. Great location with easy access to the pool and to the beach. Some great renovations to the bathrooms have been done. Kitchen had everything we needed. No bad smells to report.
