Right in the middle of a very busy area in Florence which made it easy to get to everything, my map was a little off from the location- it’s by the Lego store! Space was clean and nice. Water pressure was a little low but it’s a big building. The host was super helpful and nice to chat with.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the central location in Florence and found it easy to get around. We appreciate you pointing out the small issues as well, including the map accuracy and the water pressure. Feedback like this is very helpful and will be taken into account as we continue to improve the guest experience. We’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in Florence!

The online listing said both bathrooms have a shower but only one does, which was a disappointment for us. Otherwise location and everything were great.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and overall experience. Unfortunately, the platform doesn’t allow us to list the apartment as having “one and a half” bathrooms, but we’ll make sure to clarify this better in our description so future guests have the right expectations. We really appreciate your input!
