Hello, we are John and Julie, and we live in the county of Worcestershire in central England. We have owned our 5 bedroom vacation villa near Disney, Florida since 2004 and have accommodated many, many delighted vacationers in that time. Our villa has a private screened pool & is near Disney, Universal Studio's and many Golf courses. There's free Wi-Fi with 100meg internet access. It sleeps 10. There's a free baby cot, hi-chair, stroller and baby-gym.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age of primary renter: 21
- Guests must not attempt to adjust or tamper with in any way, either the pool pump timer or pool heater. These are pre-set and should NOT be touched.
- BBQ's must NOT be used on the patio, inside the screen. If you choose to use the BBQ it MUST be cleaned by YOU and returned to the proper location.
- Never park cars on the grass, even by an inch! There are irrigation pipes below which will be ruptured, causing extensive flooding and water fines.
