A wonderful place to stay. Has everything you would need. I can’t say enough about the location. The Osteria downstairs was delicious. And many many bars , shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk . We will definitely stay here again!

Our overall experience was great. Modern looking apartment with shopping outside your door. The restaurant next door was wonderful plus it’s very walkable to all tourist attractions. Love our stay and definitely go back.

Mauritzio is a great host - always answered immediately, arranged all our taxi pickups and transfers with great drivers, smooth check-in. Position of the apartment is excellent - a quiet street just minutes away from superb cafes, sightseeing, shopping. Restaurant downstairs is a bonus and we treated it as an extension of the apartment and enjoyed dinner there every evening. We were 2 couples and property provided the privacy we wanted with a separate bathroom for each double bedroom - although one suite is larger than the other. Definitely recommend!

Our host was beyond incredible and absolutely welcoming! We were made to feel at home right away! Location couldn't be more ideal for walking to restaurants, landmarks, and the mini market literally below was a plus. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Relaxing in Rome

Beautiful place, very comfortable for Four people. The place was very clean and in a ideal area for walking through Rome. Many restaurants near us and all the sites are walkable. The shop below is had the most delicious sandwiches. I highly recommend staying here

Prime location

This is the best location and close to important sight seeing in Rome. Safe neighborhood. Owner was very nice and communicated quickly. Check in was very thorough and everything well explained. Layout of unit is nice and quiet. Will be requesting to stay again next time we are in Rome.

Great stay

The apartment is exactly as depicted, Maurizio is a wonderful host, very responsive to any requests or questions. His check-in process is very thorough, therefore, they want that many questions to ask, The beds are comfortable, large closet in the primary bedroom. A washing machine was a unexpected surprise!

Amazing location in Rome

The location was so perfect! Just inside the north gate of historic Rome! They met us at the apartment when we arrived and told us all about the area and how to get around. The apartment was exactly what we needed and enough room to relax after our days of activities. The apartment was very clean overall, the floors just needed to be washed a bit. We wore socks/shoes and it was just fine! I would absolutely stay again!

Super convenient location

Apartment is only steps away from Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, restaurants, shopping and the subway. There are two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, both with showers (one with shower and tub). The living room is furnished a bit oddly, as there are two sofas facing each other, but with a dining table in between. Maurizio was super accommodating by helping us to check-in somewhat earlier than we had planned. Thank you, Maurizio! Overall, a great place for a stay in Rome.

Great stay in Rome

Very nice place, exactly as described. Location is superb, almost everything can be reached on foot. Everything works and in a very good condition, if not brand new, air condition, appliances, faucets, showers. Great mattress and nice linens. Clean and very quiet. The apartment is adequately equipped. Host’s suggestions for food were very good, one place is literally next door. Convenience stories also a next door on the other side. Communication with the host is very easy, he answers very quickly. Highly recommend

Great location and layout

We were a group of two couples. The location was great and the two bedroom layout worked very well. The apartment was clean. Just a few things that we wished we had. The kitchen did not have any tea towels and wash cloths. We were only given one key to the apartment between four adults. Not ideal. Easy fixes. Would come back again.
