On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace with sea views, a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a back patio with a portable barbecue.On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).On the first floor there is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and its own terrace with sea views.
The house is equipped with fans, pellet stove, Sat TV, Internet Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc....
Ideal for families with children as the beach, the supermarket and the centre of Can Picafort, where there is a wide range of restaurants, shops, leisure, horse riding, etc. are only 50 mts away.

Great property and in a good location. Stayed 24 nights and used all the facilities. There were plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutler, towels etc The owner was very responsive to any queries. The area is quiet but that was what we wanted. The top terrace gets sun from early morning to 5pm and then we moved to one of the back terraces. The bus stop is about 3 blocks back and was very convenient during the days we did not have a hire car. Somewhere I would return to.
This house is exactly as described. The property contains everything - we stayed 24 nights and cooked 80% of the time. Plenty of pots, pans crockery cutlery, towels etc. The owner was very responsive to our queries. The area is quiet but that was what we wanted. The top terrace gets sun from morning to 5pm and then we moved to one of the 2 rear terraces. All in all a very relaxing, comfortable holiday. The buses terminate & start about 3 blocks back - Palma, Airport, Inca, Pollensa & Alcudia which when we had returned our hire car was very convenient. Somewhere I would return to.

Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat uns recht freundlich empfangen. Die Ausstattung ist modern. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Das ist gerade im Sommer vollkommen inakzeptabel, da der Beton dauerhaft Wärme abgibt. Bis das warme Wasser in den Duschen zur Verfügung steht, vergeht einige Zeit. Das elektrische Garagentor war ein großes Ärgernis, da es nicht richtig schließt und jedesmal von Hand nachgeholfen werden muss. Das ist dem Vermieter auch bekannt. Es gibt 4 "Haustüren", jede mit einem eigenen Schloss und Schlüssel.Das Animationsprogramm des rückwärtigen Hotels endet jeden Abend um 23 Uhr und ist nicht zu überhören.Es wäre schön, wenn Vermieter jedes Jahr aktuelle Fotos veröffentlichen müssten. Wie ein Objekt direkt nach der Fertigstellung aussah, interessiert mich nicht.Für uns kommt diese Unterkunft nicht mehr in Frage.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Die Zimmer sind über 2 Stockwerke verteilt, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Gitterbett, Absperrrgitter und Hochstuhl waren einwandfrei. Im ersten Stock befanden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein gemeinsames Bad. Im zweiten Stock ein offenes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ohne Tür zum restlichen Haus mit eigenen Bad . Die Einrichtung und Lage waren wie beschrieben, alles in gutem Zustand und fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider gab es nur 2 Liegen und das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft hat täglich bis 23 Uhr für Unterhaltung gesorgt. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage und deshalb mussten die Fenster offen bleiben. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war die laute Umgebung, was die Müllabfuhr zu Schlafenszeiten einschließt, erträglich. Der Besitzer hat uns gut betreut und wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
