This comfortable and renovated apartment is the ideal place for those looking for accommodation in a cool and quiet place full of urban art, and next to one of Lisbon's most well-known centers of creation, the LX Factory. With one bedroom, this apartment is ideal for one or two people, with fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and all the necessary comfort for a unique stay in Lisbon.
To get to the apartment you can go in Tram (15 or 18) to Calvário station, or take one of the many buses that stop 3 minutes walk from the apartment. For those who come by car, there is free parking throughout the area, having a small car park right next to the apartment.

Small apartment but perfect for 2 people max! Right near LX Factory where there’s shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was 2 air conditioners which was good for the hot days we were in Lisbon.

Great location, tidy little apartment

Easy to find, clean, good access to rail and bus services ( about a 500m walk) Waterfront restaurants and the LX Factory on the doorstep. 2 criticisms, no washing machine as advertised, there's a laundry up the road, and a few more towels would ve nice. I would have no problems staying here again wnd would recommend it as a base in Lisbon.

Very compact and well equiped, but...

Frequent airplane landings, occurring every five minutes, generate considerable noise, which disrupts sleep at night. Besides, the landlord remains unresponsive to requests for the invoice via messages.

Klein, aber fein. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen.Zur Zeit (Sept. 2025) tagsüber ziemlicher Baulärm und das Parken im Innenhof war eigentlich wegen der Bautätigkeit verboten. Wir haben trotzdem unbehelligt 4 Tage das Auto dort abgestellt (Einfahrt neben Burger King).Der Check-in war allerdings nicht so einfach, da vom Gastgeber keine Informationen hinterlegt waren und auf meine E-Mail keine Antwort kam. Letztendlich hab ich den Gastgeber per WhatsApp kontaktieren können. Vor Ort hat uns dann eine nette Mitarbeiterin den Schlüssel übergeben und unsere Fragen beantwortet.ACHTUNG: Pro Person sind noch 4 Euro City Tax pro Person und Nacht fällig. Das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich (und soll auch angeblich bei anderen Buchungsportalen schon im Preis berücksichtigt werden, nur bei Fewo direkt nicht).

Pour un pied a terre sur Lisbonne

Super appartement pour un séjour sur Lisbonne. Le premier avantage c'est la localisation du bien. Juste à côté de la lx Factory vous bénéficierez d'un appartement à 100m de la ligne de tram 15 (qui dessert Belem et le centre historique de l'autre cote.) et d'une petite place a 30m pour gérer votre voiture en sécurité et sans payer. En second c'est un appartement super bien agencé et cosy, il est simple mais très fonctionnel. La literie est très bonne, la salle de bain impeccable, et la cuisine très bien équipée. J'ai enlevé une étoile car sur l'annonce il est indiqué qu'il y a une machine à laver le linge ce qui n'est pas le cas. En troisième vous aurez le plaisir de recevoir de nombreux conseils, en français, de votre hôtesse pour votre arrivée sur Lisbonne. C'est aussi précieux que tout le reste et contribue à la reussite d'un séjour. Ne changez rien c'était un super accueil pour un séjour réussi grâce à vous. Si nous revenons sur Lisbonne il n'y a pas de doutes nous savons où nous irons 😍 indispenshihistoriqlunombreux bus qui

Tolles Apartment

Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da. Mit Tram ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Supermarkt gleich da. Parkplatz ist unmittelbar bei der Wohnung. LX Factory ist 200 Meter entfernt, wenn man Party möchte.
