About this property

Stunning coastal annex with spectacular sea views

Summary:

Stunning Grade II Listed 17th Century Rectory with spectacular sea views. Churchtown House Annex is a converted barn accommodation attached to Churchtown House. An immaculately designed home surrounded by a walled garden with great furnishings and beautiful artwork. The ground floor hosts 2 bedrooms, a shower room and laundry. The first floor has a kitchen, two lounges and a third bedroom. The exterior has an amazing garden patio with views of the amazing Cornish coast line.

The Space:

This is a house with incredible history. The walk to the beach is a mere 5 minutes and the pub only a 1 minute walk away! Churchtown House has a magnificent energy and will feel like a home away from home. Recently renovated with much loving care, you'll be surrounded with comfort, stunning artwork and premium fixtures. The Annex has a very cosy feeling with underfloor heating and a log burner for those colder evenings. The gardens are beautiful and perfect for a game of footy or relaxing in the sun. A great family vacation destination.

Guest Access:

This is a great house for children, but we do not have a stair gate on the stairs. We can provide a travel cot and highchair.

The Neighborhood:

There is a small shopping area and two fabulous cafes in the village, on the walk to the beach. It's a lovely village, rated a favourite amongst the locals for surfing and beach time away from the crazy commercialisation in St. Ives and other beaches on the North coast.

Getting Around:

While access to Perranuthnoe is easy by train into Penzance, it is good to have a car so that you can visit the numerous sites around Cornwall!

Other Things to Note:

There is parking in the courtyard, but we suggest that you park on the street in front of the house.

Interaction with Guests:

We'll be in touch with detail on the property to ensure that you have everything to make your stay the most memorable it can be.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
