Great location on a pedestrian only street ! Close enough to walk to big sites but not located in a “tourist” area. Plenty of great restaurants nearby also, and a popular beer joint at the piazza down the street. Our street not too busy, and the apartment had good windows to keep out noise. Dishwasher, laundry, etc all worked perfectly. Good gelato spot right next door too !

This is our second stay because we love the apartment itself and also its position. It is on the first floor - no lift but wide stairs. Two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds - not too soft, not too hard! Double glazing and insect screens at the windows. Comfortable reception room with TV with Netflix, Prime etc. and well furnished kitchen. Modern shower in large bathroom. The street is pedestrianised and quiet at night. Being away from the centre, it is a less touristy, but very vibrant community, with a local market. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and buses are at hand.

Clean, spacious space. Close to city center without all the noise of city center. Really easy to walk around. Experienced and communicative hosts. A Rose of a location

IMO a perfect location which was close to all but not directly in the middle of the tourist crowd. Apartment was very clean and had all you could need for a pleasant stay Host was frindly and attentive. I would stay there again.

Wonderful location and delightful apartment

Walking distance to all the sights and a lovely apartment with attention to detail. Ceiling fans in every room plus a washer and dryer in the unit. I would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful!

This is the best VRBO apartment we've stayed in. Silvia is a wonderful host, the apartment is spotless and she has everything anyone would need. The location is close to popular sites with many good restaurants and small shops, including a farmer's market close by.

Great week in Florence!

Silvia is excellent to communicate with and was very kind and helpful. Apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. We enjoyed many great meals and drinks nearby thanks to Silvia’s recommendations - definitely try them! This was easily the best place we stayed during our trip to Italy. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to explore Florence

Perfect stay in Florence

We spent 5 beautiful days in Florence and a good reason for it is Silvia's apartment.Furnitures/appliances are top shape, everything is clean, it is well located in a quiet area and everything of interest is walking distance.Host was on site when we arrived, she warmly welcomed us and took the time to go over all the details, and she responded to all our questions. What a wonderful spot

There are no details that Sylvia has not thought about to make you feel welcome. The apartment is in a great location, close enough to walk to the centre of the city and just far enough away from it so it is a little quieter. The space is spotless and had everything we needed.

This is the place to stay in Florence!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! Silvia was a great host and easy to communicate with if we had any questions. The apartment was on a beautiful street with many cafes and restaurants close by. It was in a safe location and quick to navigate to any tourist area we wanted. Clean, comfortable, close to attractions!

Our Host, Silvia was a Sweetheart! She helped with directions , cabs , trains, busses, food and activities. The flat was just what we wanted. It was well equipped and clean. We were close to grocery stores and shopping. We did not want to leave. I plan to return !

Fantastic property with access to local living

Communication was great with Silvia from start to finish. She and Emmanuel were very welcoming. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We loved the location. It was also within easy walking distance to great restaurants and all of the museums and galleries. We will definitely refer our friends and colleagues and hope to one day return.

Florence adventure

We had a fabulous time in Florence . Our host was a fantastic making our stay so enjoyable and easy. The flat was immaculate and there was easy instructions of everything you would need or use in the flat. The area was perfect with stores and restaurants in easy access. It is a very hip and young area. We can’t thank Sylvia enough for her hospitality and warmth. Can’t wait to go back.
