The location of this property is fantastic!! Two couples traveling together and having the on-suites bathrooms was perfect. The one flight stairs did have a good handrail which helped a lot. Check in was great and I was pleasantly surprised how well the apartment was able to keep the outside noise down. I can’t say enough about how centrally located we were and how comfortable I felt going out on my own in the area exploring. Grocery store just a block away, pharmacy just downstairs and great restaurants feet away!! Definitely a winner!

Response from Campo de' Fiori Brand New Apartment on 7 Nov 2026
Hi Patrick, We appreciate your kind words about the excellent location and the convenience of having en-suite bathrooms, which suited your group perfectly. It is wonderful to hear that the handrail on the stairs provided good support and that the check-in process was smooth. We are also glad the apartment effectively minimized outside noise, allowing you to feel comfortable exploring the area on your own. The proximity to essential amenities and great restaurants certainly adds to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. Thank you for sharing your positive experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. iFlat Team

Loved this property! It was spacious and comfortable for the family. Right in the heart of campo di fiori, so it was close to many restaurants & walking distance to many attractions. There is a flight of stairs to go up to the main floor of the apartment, so something to consider for those with mobility issues.

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment! It was fun to be right in Campo de’ Fiori with all of the action every day and night. The couches could use some updating.

Great location

This property was just as advertised and perfect location. amazing restaurants are at your doorstep and it's easy to walk to everywhere you want to go in Rome. It is a little loud at night because you're right on the square, but if you're used to living in a city, then it's nothing you can't overcome!

Location Ideal

Very nice, new and well located. Open the kitchen window in the evening to hear the street musicians right under your window. Professional staff.

Perfect location

Apartment is in the best location. It is the heart of Campo, so there is noise, but totally worth it. Apartment was clean and iFlat was very responsive. Second bedroom closet was filled with clutter and not accessible Overall, the location wins my vote. Nice time was had.

Rome

Location is great, close to attractions and bus lines to get everywhere. If you like peaceful quiet places to sleep this will not be the place for you. The bars and restaurants in the plaza below are open late into the night. On Saturday it was 2am before things stopped. But if you can handle some noise when you sleep or like the night life then the location can’t be better.

This apartment is a great location but the front bedroom is noisy at night. Our checkin was problematic as we arrived during a bike race and needed to drop our bags...the property managers sent us the road closures, but then got caught in the road closure and could not meet us. The apartment is not "new" but is a good value for location.

Campo de Fiori

It was a lovely apartment and only 1 flight up. Well stocked although we did not use the kitchen much. My only criticism is that my bedroom window opened to the piazza . It was quite noisy at night . It was a great location with lots of activity. The noise is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.

Good stay

This apartment is very well located. We had a pleasant stay. The hosts were very cooperative and reacted fast to our concerns. That said, we think the unit can have a few minor upgrades from the owner like changing or upholster the sofa (its terrible condition), bathroom accessories (there are no shower soap trays, there are no toilet paper holders, etc.), the closets and some drawers are full of junk and, most importantly, the windows to Campo dei Fiori should be sound proofed (the noise from the restaurant bellow air extractor and the bar's music at night can be a challengeThe iFlat (Hosts) should be more attentive to the cleaning process.

April 2025 (3 nite stay)

Apartment was exactly as described. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a shower. The location was perfect for walking to all major sites, we only took taxis from airport and to Train station (for luggage). Apartment is one flight up so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. Location is excellent as it’s right near the Campo de Fiori square with plenty of restaurant options. The restaurant are open late and the front bedroom is nearest to the square so expect noise/music till late (after 1/2 am). The back bedroom is very quiet. The apartment kitchen was lacking utensils so we needed to pick up some. All in all, good location and great check-in with the property manager.

awesome location

Great location (many bars and restaurants literally outside the door of the flat), great communication, nice place, Guisseppi very cool guy. The only negatives were that one of the bathrooms needs work with the shower (water spilled all over the place) and there werent enough towels for my family of 6.
