Enjoy the sun and sand, while planning your theme park adventure at Disney World, MGM, Sea World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, or Islands of Adventure. Wake-up to incredible sunrises. Perfect view of Cape Canaveral Space X flights from the furnished spacious balcony.

World famous Ron Jon's surf shop, is just up the road. Fine dining is within steps of your home away from home. Full kitchen, if you want to stay in. Surfing, Swimming, shopping, snorkeling, fishing, boating, and golfing all available in the area. Live entertainment at Coconuts on the Beach and The Beach Shack. This unit is equipped with remote operated hurricane shutters. We have a camera installed outside on the balcony trained at the outside bottom of the sliding glass door to confirm storm shutters are closed. A second beach cam is used for weather purposes aimed at the horizon.

This was a wonderful condo and location! So many things were walkable and the view of the beach was stunning. Having a parking garage was very convenient on the rainy days. Mark was a wonderful host and I highly recommend his place!

Rented this Condo for 21 days. Mark was great with communications. Condo was clean and perfect for 3 retired sisters. Furniture was comfy, and beds were great. Location was perfect and within walking distance. The view was beautiful. We even saw 2 SpaceX launches and just missed the launch of Artemis II. We most definitely will be back.

Wow this place was perfect! The condo was clean the view was amazing. The condo was easy to get to. We parked our car and never drove it again. We could walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops. We will book again. Our family that lives in Cocoa beach took down the info so they could pass it along to other guests that came to visit! Bed were great plenty of blankets and pillows! Communication was excellent!

This is the best location. Live music, bars, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed everything about this place. They had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys for your use. Beautiful views and very safe. The inside was beach decorated and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very helpful. We will be back for sure!

Why they chose this property

It is quite frankly the best beach on the central Florida Coast! Close to Orlando, Cruise Ships. We were drawn back to Cocoa Beach and specifically the Boardwalk Condo Complex during our search for beach property. Incredible views from the 5th floor balcony sealed the deal. We fell in love with the place and surrounding area. We are never bored with so many things to do. The ocean of course, golf just down the street at the CC Country Club, great restaurants, boating, fishing...it's all there.
