This spacious direct oceanfront condo delivers some of the best views of the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier from one of the largest balconies in the building — accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!

Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.
