We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The place was spotless and very well maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the train station, which made getting into downtown Chicago quick and easy. The host was also great to work with, responding to our messages promptly whenever we had a question. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

We were unable to reach the host at all during our visit, from the reviews it seems like this is a one off but frustrating nonetheless. The property itself was super nice, it was easy to find on street parking, which was a plus, aside from the communication issue it was a good stay.

I was worried about finding a place to stay for my Birthday trip to Chicago. Until, I found Dwayne’s place. My host was so helpful & accommodating. At the last minute, I decided to take the CTA; since the Lyft prices were expensive. Dwayne assisted me with finding directions via the CTA. As soon as I arrived, the place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was clean, modern, and so cozy! The amenities were perfect & very organized. I loved that there was a selection of books for you to read. The bed that I slept on was so comfortable. I’m a light sleeper, so I really appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet. Dwayne was a great host with great communication. I’d book this stay again; Thank you for my wonderful stay in Chicago!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is a second floor apartment as the listing says. The stairs are quite steep, narrow and winding. For those with mobility issues they could pose a problem. The apartment is very cozily furnished and clean. The bed pillows as someone else had stated should be replaced. If you are not a flat pillow person they really lack comfort. In Dwayne’s defense I did not bother to ask if any other pillows were available outside the apartment. Street parking was always available which was a big bonus. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.

Super cute space. Pictures were accurate. Kitchen was well set up and there was a dishwasher and actually had decent knives and an assortment of spices. Plenty of parking on the street. Very near the blue line. The only minus was there were a few ants in the kitchen. No big deal but we packed food into the fridge straight away and didn't leave dishes in the sink.

Glad to have found this gem in Oak Park for a two-night stay with friends. Booking and checking in was easy and seamless. Free street parking was a huge bonus. The space was super cute and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and getting into the city was super easy (we chose to use Lyft instead of the train, but there are train stations within walking distance. Would definitely book this property again the next time I come to Chicago.
