Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist groß, man hat einen fantastischen Blick über Le Lavandou auf das Meer. Absolut ruhig. Sehr kurzer Weg vom Parkplatz in die Wohnung, keine Treppe. 5 Autominuten und man ist auf einem Parkplatz in Le Lavandou.

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir fühlten uns schon bei der Ankunft zu Hause und waren glücklich, dass wir unsere Ferien an einem so schönen Ort verbringen durften. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Den Kaffee tranken wir auf dem Sitzplatz vor der Haustüre und das Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen an diesem Ausblick . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumblick über die Bucht von Le Lavandou

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung von Familie Finster zu Gast und können nur Positives berichten. Einrichtung und Ausstattung schön, praktisch und vollständig - es fehlt an nichts. Die große Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht zu den Inseln ist einmalig. Aber auch die “landseitige” Terrasse zum morgendlichen Kaffeetrinken im Schatten haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnanlage auf halber Höhe zwischen dem Dorf Bormes und Le Lavandou ist ruhig und durchgrünt, sehr gut zu erreichen, Parkplatz auf Höhe und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Eingang der Wohnung. Wir hatten herrliche 2 Wochen und waren rundum zufrieden, auch mit den Informationen zum Check in usw.. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

CALME ET REPOSANT

Merci de la réactivité de Franz à toutes nos questions. Nous avons découvert un vaste appartement, très propre, très belle vue mer depuis la large terrasse. Pas de vis à vis dans la résidence calme dotée d'une belle végétation méditerranéenne. L'accès de plein pied avec le parking à 10m est appréciable. La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont largement dimensionnés et ont permis d'inviter qques amis. Le mobilier est fonctionnel et bien adapté au style vacances. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es gibt immer eine sonnige und eine schattige Terrasse. Herr Finster war im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts für Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön bei Ihnen!

Logement

Magnifique propriété avec une superbe vue sur la mer et l'ile du levant. Accès facile, petit parking juste en face de l'entrée, facile pour les bagages. Petite cours devant avec une petite table et chaises, le tout fleuris et bien caché avec une autre vue, celle du massif des Maures. Dés qu'on rentre, Waouh ! C'est grand et propre. Puis on ouvre les volets roulants qui font toute la longueur de la terrasse, et là, ont en prend plein les yeux, vue sur la mer à 180 degrés avec sur la gauche, vue sur le massif des maures. Les logements sur la droite et sur la gauche sont bien cachés et je ne sais si c'est parce qu'il n'y avait personne, mais quel calme ! De toute façon c'est tout le coin qui est calme. Le seul petit bémol, ce sont les éléments de la cuisine dont au moins une porte risque de nous tomber dessus. La cuisine n'est pas très grande, mais il y a tout. Donc, éléments cuisine à revoir, mais je suis sûr que c'est en projet. J'y ai passé mes meilleurs vacances pour le calme, l'accessibilité, et le fait qu'on est comme aimanté par la vue. Si, un autre commentaire, dans la résidence, certains ouvraient le portail avec une télécommande, nous n'en avions pas, et il fallait descendre de voiture pour taper sur le digicode. Bon, ont est pas des fainéants non plus. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Jolie vue et très belle terrasse .

Quand il fait très chaud dehors, la température dans l’appartement est difficilement maîtrisable . Une climatisation serait un plus !

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft mit einem fabelhaften Ausblick

Schon der Weg zur Eingangstür, über eine mit Blumen umrandete Tersasse, vermittel Urlaubsfeeling. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut durchdacht und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und und auch das Küchgeschirr reichlich vorhanden. Einzig eine Dunstabzugshaube haben wir vermißt. Da wir jedoch nur einmal gekocht haben, die Hitze im August war uns groß, konnten wir daurauf verzichten. Wir haben dafür lieber die übedachte und ab dem nachmittag schattige Veranda mit dem herrlichen Aublick über Le Lavandou und das Mittelmeer genossen. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Werden uns künftig jedoch eine weniger heiße Zeit aussuchen.

Heerlijk ruim apartement, met terras/tuin aan de voorkant en ruim balkon met zeezicht aan de achterkant. Weg van de drukte, maar op 20 minuten looptijd van Bormes en 30 minuten van lavandou.

Villa was very nice, there was nothing that we were short off, area is perfect, nice quite and secure. weather was extremely hot and air con would have been brilliant. 3 1/2 mins drive to town and beach. We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Excellent appartement

Superbe appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location qui est en tous points conforme à la description, l'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent être en vacances en toute tranquillité et profiter de la grande terrasse pour admirer ce magnifique paysage, il y a même une deuxième terrasse à l'arrière de l'appartement pour ceux qui comptent profiter des derniers rayons du soleil, la proximité de Bormes Village est un atout supplémentaire, c'est pour nous l'un des plus beau village du sud de la France, il fait bon s'y promener aussi bien de jour comme en soirée. En rentrant d'une journée bien remplie, vous pourrez récupérer dans un bon lit avec un matelas de grande taille. Merci aux propriétaires pour la bouteille de rosé en guise d'accueil qui se trouvait au frais à notre arrivée. C'est très rare de trouver un bien de cette qualité pour un prix raisonnable, merci beaucoup Carola et Franz, les heureux propriétaires. FANTASTISCH

Het schone, goed onderhouden appartement ligt tussen Bormes les Mimosas en le Lavandou op een prachtige vrije locatie. Als het niet te heet is en je hebt een fiets met versnellingen is dit op de fiets te doen vanaf Lavandou of Bormes les Mimosas. Het appartement heeft 2 terrassen. een voor en een achter het appartement. Je kunt dus altijd in de zon of in de schaduw zitten. Het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren hadden een fles rosé en een welkom kaart voor ons klaargelegd. Kortom, wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad en zouden in de toekomst zeker terug komen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Traumterrasse. Sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles ist frisch gewaschen, wie Überwurf für Bett und Sofa, Kissenbezüge der Stühle, Decken, Kopfkissen etc. Man betritt die Wohnung und sieht als erstes ein Willkommensschild. Vom ersten Moment fühlt man sich wohl und willkommen. Einrichtung sehr großzügig, alles vorhanden, von Einbauküche, Fernseher / Radio mit Sat-Empfang, über Fön bis Bügelbrett. Insgesamt drei Essplätze, einer im Wohnzimmer, einer auf der großen Terrasse mit großartigem Meerblick, einer auf der durch Oleanderbüsche geschützten Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Abendsonne. Auch vom Schlafzimmer Blick über die Bucht. Sehr gute Matratze. Diese Wohnung verdient die höchste Bewertung und ist ohne jegliche Abstriche nur zu empfehlen. Sehr fairer Preis. Wir kommen wieder.

Herrliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Die Angaben des Vermieters hinsichtlich der Anreise, der Einrichtung und der Bedienung der Geräte waren ausgesprochen hilfreich (spezielle "Tipps für den Mieter"). Die absolut ruhige Lage mit zwei wunderschönen Terrassen ( vorne mit kleinem Garten und hinten mit freiem Blick auf die Bucht von Le Lavandou ) ließen uns einen ausgesprochen erholsamen Urlaub erleben. Komfortabel auch der eigene Parkplatz "vor der Tür". Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und als Geheimtipp unseren besten Freunden empfehlen.

Lovely 2 weeks holiday

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was nicely located on the slope having an excellent view from the whole length of the house to the opposite hill and to the sea. There was a huge sunny terrace and a flowery front garden that was very comfortable and convenient: if it was windy you could find a sheltered place from either side, or a sunny spot through the whole day. Although the apartment was on the top floor of the terrace house the entrance was directly to the one-floor apartment: no stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking; no dishwasher, though. The free tennis court was good and peacefully located. The location is nice; there is a convenient 1.5 km walk to picturesque village, where you can find restaurants and boulangerie. About 2 km downwards there is a good supermarket with excellent fresh fish counter. There are many beaches to choose. Within a short drive there are good (though confusingly signed) trekking routes in Massif des Maures. At least on late April Bormes-les-Mimosas was really full of flowers. The owners were very friendly and everything we agreed was held true with German punctuality. We can warmly recommend the apartment if you are looking for a peaceful holiday type of accommodation.
