We had a relaxing stay at Bear Necessities. The cabin was equipped with everything you could need and was very clean. I would stay there again in the future.

Perfect Long weekend Stay

Loved this location! Had an amazing weekend in the snow. The dog loved the trails around the property and we had a lovely time just being in the space. Would highly recommend this property and host!

Weekend getaway

It was the perfect distance to meet family members...we are from Upstate NY and they are from NC. The cabin was lovely and cozy. The property was secluded and private. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

A beautiful home in a lovely location. Sitting on the porch watching deer graze just in front of the house was a delight. The house itself is spacious and well equipped and very comfortable. Perfect getaway in Shenandoah Valley.

Lovely Log Cabin

This home was beautiful and equipped with everything we could need. The setting in the woods was private and relaxing. The location is convenient to both New Market and Woodstock. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful home

We stayed at the home for a long weekend away and loved it so much! The house is beautiful and well equipped. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the host. The area is really beautiful and we even spotted a little fox and wild turkeys nearby. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable Six Day Family Vacation

Perfect Getaway Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and has absolutely everything you might need. We had a small accident the first night and the host made sure to check on us and offer recommendations, she was very sweet and you can tell that she truly cares about your experience. The location is amazing, a lot to do around. I will be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you!

An Amazing Place

This was the perfect place to stay for our small family. We loved the quiet mornings and evening. We didn't spend our afternoons there because we were hiking and going on adventures.
