PLEASE NOTE: We do not serve breakfast. The Rose Room is a romantic couples getaway located in South Asheville just minutes to downtown, and convenient to attractions like Sierra Nevada, Twelve Bones South and Jake Rusher Park. South Asheville is quickly becoming a "must see" destination in its own right, and we are right in the middle of it. FREE activities including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.

When we first discovered that the historic Blake House was for sale, we thought that living here was just a dream. But our dream has come true and we are excited to be sharing it with guests.

Welcome to the Rose Room, located in the main house. It is absolutely delightful with its twelve foot ceilings, its cozy atmosphere and its private entry. It is the perfect couples getaway. We have spent a great deal of time and effort to make it perfect, and we really love the result. We think you will too.

We are close to the Biltmore House, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the NC Arboretum, Pisgah National Forest and the Folk Art Center. We are convenient to the airport. The nearby towns of Hendersonville and Brevard are both about a 30 minute drive, making them great destinations for a day trip.

Our family lives in the main house, so please be aware that the front porch area is our family space and not accessible to guests. We invite you to enjoy the patio area and to walk around and enjoy the grounds.

Our stay at the Rose Room was phenomenal! Bryan and Stephanie were wonderful hosts and very nice to talk to :-) The room was very well designed and furnished and comfortable. Onsite parking was ideal and it felt just like we were staying at The Biltmore. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

While the fireplace was out during our stay, it was a very comfortable room. It was clean and tidy as well as a great location. It had easy access to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore as well. Would highly recommend!

The place was so charming, it was like stepping back in time but with modern conveniences that blended well to the historical theme. The location was perfect- a short drive either to downtown Asheville or to the BRP for hiking. We had a very enjoyable and much needed getaway!
